Good Price and efficient operation

The price, getting the job scheduled, and the installation were seamless because they kept me updated the during the entire process.

I like the quality of the windows, and the installation was good except for sloppy caulking. However, I am very disappointed in the referral program. The brochure says you can use the card yourself or pass it along to a referral. When I tried to use the card myself it was rejected because I presented it at the time of payment. There was no place visible in the referral brochure that stated any restrictions. The card was adhered to the brochure and there was nothing on the front of the card that explained when it could or couldn't be used. It was only when you removed the card from the brochure and examined the back side to find a line saying the gift card must be used at the time of the agreement. I find this to be very deceptive, as the salesperson could easily raise the price so that the gift card is useless. When I called the company to ask them to explain, I never received a call back.

I'm a DIY kind of guy...they allowed me to watch each stage of the install process and ask any question I might have - and there were several. They took my queries in stride and provided answers that made sense. In short, they tolerated my inquisitiveness without becoming short or rude. I really appreciated there personal interaction and learned a great deal during the process.

Other than Kirby, who measured our windows, and the 2 installers, we didn't meet anyone in person. I followed protocol of your company and called Jessica Espinoza to share my concerns after the project was completed. My issues/concerns have gone unanswered. I have documented the whole process.

Crew worked quickly and were courteous. Cleaned up afterwards.

They did a very good job of installing and the windows are great. No more smells from outside that I don't want to smell. Electric bills have gone down.

The windows are beautiful and the salesman helped me pick the perfect windows. I'd talked to two other companies prior and neither one was sure they could do what I wanted.

Installation occurred when scheduled. Crew was very courteous and efficient. The process was noisy of course, but cleanup was well done.
I have already enjoyed the soundproof feature. My only worry is the new heavier weight of the windows when it comes time to wash them. I expect to have lower energy bills seeing how tight they are. Taking out and resetting the screens may be a challenge.

Windows nation was okay but the contractors did a pretty bad job . Left sticky residue on the windows . Didn’t plug the small holes with the white plugs and broke out every old window leaving broken glass everywhere in my yard . Still picking it up . They also damaged a gutter downspout and the foreman said they would fix it and never did

Everyone that we encountered was very professional. No complaints during the entire process.

When things were going wrong no communication everyone has issues that can go wrong but your company never returned the phone calls and I was bounced from person to person. I was even given a number that was supposedly the owner and that one has a voicemail box it's full. And they never answered the phone.

Only complaint is the windows were not clean when techs left. I would think that would be the most important part in window installation. Are your show windows smudgy and dirty?

The window does not match any of my other windows in color. The larger windows have rubber bumpers on every grid with will most likely discolor with the heat and sun and become more of an eyesore than they are

I would recommend them to a friend because the fellows were nice enough, but I walked around my house and I found some nails that weren't picked up. The nails were of various sizes and part of the sides of the window fittings that were cut off were also left on the ground. I found a bunch of those and they're metallic. I feel like they should've cleaned the floor where they had worked on the inside. There were things on the floor that were left and they also tracked in dirt from the outside and it was a mess.

Excellent experience all around, all phases

They stared my project around December 22nd of 2023. A month later, they finally finished my project. The guys came around 9-10 left at 4 didn't have enough helpers to put in my9 windows delayed the job windows haven't been caulked and windows that don't work.

Numerous windows were not installed right, some of the windows were scratched, the windows were not wrapped right, they marked the front of my house with their ladders, they scratched my newly painted ceilings, they scratched some of the window frames on the inside, they left mud in my house

There was no follow up after the installation to ensure that everything was completed with the job.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they did a great job. Andy was my installer and kudos to him. It's the third time I've used them and I've got all of my windows completed.

The overall experience was pretty good. The installers were great. The cost was definitely competitive and better than most, which was the biggest selling point. Annie the salesperson was excellent and is still assisting in getting answers to questions. Annie came across honest and informative of everything. Very friendly and helpful. She's the one I'd recommend to everyone.

Delayed window arrival meant that install happened when it was 20 degrees instead of 60

Responsiveness to concerns and product quality.

Our windows have been installed, but the screen on our patio door was installed incorrectly. We contacted our salesperson, who did respond, but now we have been waiting someone to follow-up.

CS improvement is needed. You should assign someone to follow your customer from beginning to end, the same person. Prior to installation, I had an issue with email getting to me. I rec'd many calls and emails (that I didn't get) trying to get me to sign off on my financing and trying to ensure I signed all of Window Nation's documents but then once installation had been done and I have a few issues, crickets!

I thought the door was little more expensive than I figured. I should've checked what the difference between other companies. I still like the door and hope it will perform in longevity of time. But I'd still recommend Window Nation.

Unfortunately, my experience with Window Nation has been less than ideal. I don't appreciate sales processes where the price keeps changing and the more you say "no thanks" then the lower the price goes. Always leaves you feeling like you are getting ripped off. Then, with the installation, there were so many issues I had to identify and point out to the installers to correct (which they did nicely, but still not my job). Then, there were issues with a few of the windows (ripped screen, quality issues with the black sealant or whatever between the panes) that I was told I had to contact Window Nation directly to address (vs. being able to have the installers report back the issues) which I reported on November 17th and still haven't heard from the schedulers to check out. And the more I live with the windows, the more flaws I see that just make them seem so cheap. I should have just used Window World for the quality and service I actually have received thus far.

They have excellent windows and installers. Everything was very good.

Precise description of estimates, graphics so you can see how the finish would look like. Teams worked together and came back out to measure before making my doors to make sure measurements were good and installers were great!

Very too work with

I appreciate the facts being provided and that it was not a pushy sales situation. I won't work with people like that.

They are the best place to go to have your windows put in. They did a wonderful job!
