We had a great experience with Ridge Top from the initial inspection and project planning through completion. They were not the lowest bid (in fact, they were the highest of the 3), but our salesman was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to bring us samples and answer questions. Gavin came to our home 5 or 6 times to show us materials and have a look around the property to address our concerns before proceeding to sign our contract. He earned our business. The project went smoothly for the most part. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed before project was completed. All were addressed a timely manner and to our satisfaction and without any questions. We had a new roof, gutters, and siding.

John and his team was very professional and knowledgeable.

When a tree falls on your roof it’s stressful. Ridgetop came two days after I called to evaluate the damage,gave me an estimate and finished the job as promised.

It was just a quote for widening a door, so the other questions don't really apply. I love working with the company in Wisconsin Rapids. The guys are fun, they have a sense of humor, very detailed oriented and the communication is top notch.

The company excels at Customer Service. They are top contractors for Pella products.

Communication, adherence to schedule and resolution of issues was so poor that we could never recommend with good conscience.

They did an awesome job recognizing the problem with previous gutter, soffit, fascia installation. They performed and delivered! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.

You really need to have enough Forman on site as the job is underway not coming. I think you are streatching you self to thin and with the crew I had could not really communicate what I needed to the crew.

John was very easy to work with and he covered all my concerns and then some. Would recommend John for any and all outdoor home needs.
Tyler saw to it that his crew got things done. Had some hiccups but I would have been surprised if there wasn’t at least one!

I would highly recommend Ridge Top. We've had them do some work for us before so when our roof was damaged by hail we knew who to call. The new roof looks great and they made the process easy for us.

My experience has been terrible. The guy guessed at the color and chose totally wrong. Then ridgetop still installed the wrong color fascia when it was clear the color didn't match.

Very detailed with customer service from start to finish - keeping you informed of what is happening.

I liked everything about the experience. Our sales manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Each project manager from the roofing to the fascia and soffit to the siding itself kept us updated. I felt that everyone was on top of what was going on. It was a good feeling to know that any issues would be addressed. I didn't need to worry about anything at all. I felt confident that the job(s) would be done to a high standard.

It was done as scheduled perfect and beautiful.
I am very pleased with the result.
My roof was replaced and roof overhangs were added, a chimney who was no longer in use was removed and finally covered gutters installed.
My house looks great and I plan to get new siding as well with the same company when the City is done with the street and sewer system work.

Communication throughout the project was great. We appreciated the updates. The roof looks great. They came on time and completed the work as scheduled.

The communication was poor. I was not told when someone would come initially. I had to call the office. The manager told me someone would arrive by 12:00 p.m on a Saturday after I had called the office. Then, the person came around 1:30 pm. I thought communication could have been better.

Excellent company.

Tyler was great to work with and communicated promptly when reaching out to him. The issues we experienced were with the crew he had doing the work though. There were multiple delays with them showing up, whether it was showing up later than they originally said, or not showing up at all. The craftsmanship itself appears to be good, but just frustrating in dealing with the delays. Our porject was originally quoted late March, material came in late April and we weren't scheduled until mid-May. Glad it's finally fixed though.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Great communication, thorough in ensuring the right size of customer window replacement was ordered, time frame that was originally discussed was met. Everyone was very friendly along the way.

What a great crew that is. I had a wonderful experience to see the hand in hand working of the whole group, friendly, organized and keeping the area clean.
The team leader, Matt Krause, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Despite some rain they were able to keep the timeline.
Matt K. answered every question I had and was very good to work with.
I am extremely satisfied with the result of how the roof with the new overhangs as well as the removal of the chimney turned out.

Great customer service. The lead of the roofing crew Jacob Behl had communication and walked us through was done when the job was done.

Very efficient and cleaned up every day before leaving.

I have never seen a crew work so hard. My roof was completely removed, several decking areas replaced, and the new roof installed in one day.

The Roofers were fast but came across a bad board. They didn’t replace it. And left the one end exposed. I was told that the wood can be replaced along with the facia and soffit for an additional $220. I said ok and signed off. The roofers said that they don’t do that kind of work. That the gutter people will complete it. And the gutter people said that they don’t do that either. So he couldn’t hang the gutter in that spot and will have to come back. The roofers also left debris from the job all over. They even threw some in the trash cans I used for lawn debris! So now Blake and Clayton came back and said Instead of the $220 that it will cost $880! I was really taken aback by all of this. Plus the extra expense. I guess now they have to hire a carpenter to cut an 18’ board down to 17’2 inch. It just seemed like everyone was on board in the beginning, but then things changed.

Fast scheduling and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

They worked within my insurance claim amount. I also had an extra service that i needed done and they accomplished it on the same day as the roof replacement. Supervisor of the crew called the rep and got an estimate to me before they finished the tear off. I agreed to the extra cost and they finished it when they finished my house roof all in the same day and by the estimated time of finishing of the project

We had several quotes for a roof. Ridge Top stood out to us as being very knowledgeable about roofing and the best methods to address the issues we had. Both of our sons has recommended Ridge Top to us too.
