It was just a quote for widening a door, so the other questions don't really apply. I love working with the company in Wisconsin Rapids. The guys are fun, they have a sense of humor, very detailed oriented and the communication is top notch.
The company excels at Customer Service. They are top contractors for Pella products.
Communication, adherence to schedule and resolution of issues was so poor that we could never recommend with good conscience.
They did an awesome job recognizing the problem with previous gutter, soffit, fascia installation. They performed and delivered! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.

You really need to have enough Forman on site as the job is underway not coming. I think you are streatching you self to thin and with the crew I had could not really communicate what I needed to the crew.
John was very easy to work with and he covered all my concerns and then some. Would recommend John for any and all outdoor home needs.
Tyler saw to it that his crew got things done. Had some hiccups but I would have been surprised if there wasn’t at least one!
I would highly recommend Ridge Top. We've had them do some work for us before so when our roof was damaged by hail we knew who to call. The new roof looks great and they made the process easy for us.

My experience has been terrible. The guy guessed at the color and chose totally wrong. Then ridgetop still installed the wrong color fascia when it was clear the color didn't match.

I liked everything about the experience. Our sales manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Each project manager from the roofing to the fascia and soffit to the siding itself kept us updated. I felt that everyone was on top of what was going on. It was a good feeling to know that any issues would be addressed. I didn't need to worry about anything at all. I felt confident that the job(s) would be done to a high standard.
A great experience to see the hand in hand working of the crews, one as excellent as the other.

I am very pleased with the result.
My roof was replaced and roof overhangs were added, a chimney who was no longer in use was removed and finally covered gutters installed.
My house looks great and I plan to get new siding as well with the same company when the City is done with the street and sewer system work.

The communication was poor. I was not told when someone would come initially. I had to call the office. The manager told me someone would arrive by 12:00 p.m on a Saturday after I had called the office. Then, the person came around 1:30 pm. I thought communication could have been better.

Tyler was great to work with and communicated promptly when reaching out to him. The issues we experienced were with the crew he had doing the work though. There were multiple delays with them showing up, whether it was showing up later than they originally said, or not showing up at all. The craftsmanship itself appears to be good, but just frustrating in dealing with the delays. Our porject was originally quoted late March, material came in late April and we weren't scheduled until mid-May. Glad it's finally fixed though.
The process was seamless from start to finish. Great communication, thorough in ensuring the right size of customer window replacement was ordered, time frame that was originally discussed was met. Everyone was very friendly along the way.
