Friar Tux was a great service for a wedding groomsmen suit rental! They were responsive and extremely fast when it came to alterations. I appreciated that I was able to make custom adjustments to the sleeve length, jacket size, and pant length. They made the whole process really simple and smooth.

The items was first class, very impressive, attention to details like the cuff links, the medal button, all the accessories made the tux appearance outstanding.Everything fix perfect. I was Leary not being able to try it on, but sent in my measurements and wow it was the right size. Walking in the wedding with that tux, made me feel very important and received a lot of praise on how the tux looked. The ordering was easy, return process was simple, to have a online system, it was gratifying and not stressful. I was very impressed with everything. Thank you.

Suit seems decent but after entering my measurements the suit was too tight on my quads. Luckily the pants were longer than the size I put in cause a tailor used that fabric to add to them.

I would allow more time for returns. People have to travel from the events they wear the tux to, and not enough time is permitted for travel.

The suit is fantastic! Figure out your size before ordering, everything came in a size to big so I’m an extra 200 out for tailoring. Beautiful suit and nice fabric though!

The friar tux customer service folks were great. My jacket was a little big on me, and they shipped a better fitting jacket out almost overnight so that I had the best possible fit for my event. Great work!

Ordered in June, no updates until I asked in late August, eventually after another inquiry from myself and the groom received an update, delivered wrong size pants. Not even close.

Cody was amazing. Never made me feel rushed or pressured to add on anything or to go with one look. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of everything I threw at him. Would recommend to anyone because he made me feel like I was doing everything right and just guided me to make small amazing corrections

Interesting situation with my suit delivery. Not entirely sure where everything went wrong, but I was taken care of in getting it fixed.
I believe Samantha helped me pick up my suit and she helped adjust my pants. She was amazing.
She made an immediate impact on myself and was very supportive with everything that happened.
All in all, I did enjoy my experience and would recommend.

The whole process of renting a tux online was easy and affordable. I was doubtful at first, but the measurements were spot on and my tux fit like a glove!

Product came much later than expected and was not fitting, almost unable to wear my garment to my event because of the poor experience

Costs are too high for rentals. Return time frame is too aggressive post wedding when most people are decompressing and recovering. Not clear enough which items we bought vs rented (had to call in to confirm). Some guys returned their shoes some kept them

The reliability and ease of ordering was great. All items were delivered on time and in great condition. The only things I noticed were that the shoes had no grip at all and people were slipping.

Other than that, I think the process of getting different size of something after trying on can be a bit confusing. Possibly a form to fill out would be helpful!

First time ordering a tux like this. Was super simple and convenient. Had to order a larger size but customer service was excellent and delivered on time. Thank you for making this process so easy at such a busy time

The tux was great and fit perfectly the first time. Great quality. Was a bit pricey in my opinion for a one evening wear.

Ordering was super simple and easy but I did have to have my shirt and pants dry cleaned prior to the event due to my shirt being super wrinkled and by pants being dusty

Solid service, but it was difficult being a canadian resident. I didn't have a means of testing the fit of my rental without cost-prohibitive international shipping, or booking one-off travel down to the states to try on at my shipping location. Thankfully customer service helped me order several sizes of pants (everything fit great!) but it cost me a bit extra and was a bit more difficult than my US based friends.

Representatives were patient and helpful. Quality clothing.

It was very easy to order. Got a replacement size in time for event, return was also easy.
