We rented a suit and it was cut small, they sent a new suit and had it shipped directly to the hotel. The suit was made of high quality material. I would highly recommend this company and I will order from them again in the future.

All was great except for the best man was sent brown instead of gray. Customer service was great with sizes and orders came in quickly.

The jacket was way too massive, not my measurements at all, the belly was huge and the shoulders were small. Not everyone is overweight so maybe have a variety of suit jackets that fit really strong handsome guys like me.

The shoes were unbearable. I changed out of them as soon as possible. They felt like they were constantly trying to beat up my ankles. I’ve never worn a more plastic feeling shoe. Everything else was great. Solid suits. Would recommend if they had different shoes.

Suit came very wrinkled, had to have it dry cleaned just to wear it. Jacket, shirt & pants all wrinkled. Also the rush to return is annoying.

Ordering over the phone was very easy. The suit arrived on time and was a high quality suit. My son looked great and we were pleased. Return by mail was as easy as dropping it off at UPS.

Personally i don’t like how close you guys push it to the date of the wedding. I think things like “slim fit” or any other details should be more known, from the start. Idk I wasn’t aware so maybe it’s on me. But after I got the right size i was good

Not able to purchase the suits we needed. Claimed they were not available. We purchased the ties to match the wedding party but had to go elsewhere to buy the suits. Not everyone wants to long distance rent a suit. Not everyone perfectly fits a suit. Some people want to buy so the suit can be altered to fit.
