Very friendly and great customer service
We took our toddler to be measured for his suit in early April at the Arcadia location and two weeks before the June wedding, in late May, his suit was inconveniently not available in his size. We were told we only needed to go back to be remeasured and the rest will taken care of, this is now a week before the wedding.
We went and they gave us a whole size bigger suit but they wanted to charge an extra $150 on top of his suit price for alterations. A cost that was not told to us once over the phone nor in any emails due to their mistake of not having his size available.
They also wanted us to drive to their alterations location, to try the suit on and be measured again! because they don’t do that type of alterations in house.
We left the bigger size suit and went to the West Covina location to try the size smaller suit in hopes to make it work.
We ended up going with the size smaller suit and hemmed the pants just a bit for a better fit. We were told to go back next day for pick up on Tuesday, now 4 days before the wedding.
We went to pick up the suit and the collar on the white button down was dirty, it was not like this the day before. I noticed as I was leaving the store and told the associate that there was an issue and I was told that they don’t have that size button down in their store and it will take 2 days for it to arrive, meaning Thursday, two days before the wedding!
I did not go back for the replacement button down. I was so over the back and forth and having to return to the store again, to fix an issue that friars was responsible for, again.
We will not be returning for any suit needs for the foreseeable future.
The fitting of the tux was quick and easy. Service is very good and I highly recommend anyone that’s trying to rent a suit to this 5 star place.

Quality service with phenomenal staff.
The staff was kind and cordial. The garments themselves were disappointing at best. I’m not that hard to fit for clothes. The clothes were all awful slim fit 2010s clothes. Low rise tight ill fitting pants. Shirt was too tight in the body and too big in the neck. Classic fit options would be a big improve for anyone that isn’t skinny.
I was not very happy when I went back to try my suit on after original measurements. It appeared I got the alterations of a complete different person. There is no doubt my original measurements were done correctly, but somehow it appears the pants got mixed up somewhere somehow and I got pants that were very, very short in length. Therefore a remeasure was done and I had to make another trip back to the location to try on and pick up. From start to finish I had four trips to the location.
Great service perfect fit and awesome delivery service on time. The suit was a perfect condition not wrinkles. I would highly recommend to all family and friends.
One of my groomsman’s pants had to be picked up by me and fryer never tailored them.misplaced a suit and said it had been picked up. I gave the details for all the groomsman’s suits and when they went in on their own they were never told they were supposed to get a belt and shoes so they had to go back and get them. Very disappointed honestly. We had a lot of issues.
When we got one groomsman suit back they hadn’t even tailored it yet. They didn’t give the groomsman that went in the belts and only half of them ended up getting them.

It was very easy to get the right size and measurements for my suit. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I also got to deliver to a different store from where I picked up. I loved that. Return was super easy.
