While the quality of the work was very acceptable, the timetable in accomplishing both the remediation and then the rebuild was unsatisfactory.

I called ATI out on a friend's insurance claim when a vehicle struck his commercial building, and they went way above and beyond. His feedback was very favorable, and they were very helpful.

The workmanship was subpar and after all the drying and drywall removal was done it took 6 weeks for your parent company to approve the work. Why? It was already approved by my insurance company?

The response with the project director, Luis Estrada, has been excellent and very, very pleasing.
That is in the construction part of it, but ATI also did the remediation, and the quality of work has been superior for all facets of the job.

I think the communication with the first point of contact, I'm assuming the salesperson, needs to be clearer. When I called, I just wanted a review, but they sent a whole team. They said they don't really do that, and they just come to do the work. So, we were put in a situation to let them do the work, when we just wanted to have them review the situation.

Communication was terrible, and my property was damaged during the process. No one has taken responsibility for the repairs. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone!

You guys should be transparent on your pricing. All you had to do was take a small matters out and three bags of bedding and cut a piece of two by two piece of carpet out. Then you put an sit blower in. You first showed up with five guys . Over kill. This should of been a two man operations. You were here max of two and half hours max three. You left an air blower in unit. Sorted some disinfect on piece of carpet you took ot. Then follow up twice for an half hour . To check on air blower. I put in my own ozone macchinces a day monitor it my self. Then you trying to charge over Dob thoudand dollars. This is not the wide wet boys. Be more honest with people and don’t take Advantage of people that h you think our stupid. Shame on this company. People beware. ATI Restoration was very professional and on time, and they did very good work.

It’s taken almost a year for ATI to finish the restoration on my home! Mind you this was a small leak that did NOT have them tearing out my entire kitchen leaving no appliances, other than my refrigerator, no water and everything they took out ended up in my living and dining room. I still haven’t had my carpeting cleaned.! I did receive a voicemail from them but couldn’t understand a word they said!!! There were weeks where no one was here! They started in August. By the end of March there were still things that needed doing. However, my husband passed away April 8th. Nothing has been finalized nor worked upon since March!

ATI Lee Sherman took way too long to set up the repairs. We had to personally pay out of pocked to get dry wall 2 months after the damage occurred because it was a shared wall and the other side had not been demoed. we had a newborn at risk of respiratory illness and had to pay ourselves. we regret going with ATI and only did so because our insurance suggested. damage area wasnt that huge to mandate 2 months of document prep. when the work actually got fixed it was quick but the base board, door frame repair was crappy job and not even fully finished with finishing touches.. should have just gone with contractors that did demo it would have been averything completed in 2 weeks not 3 months and same deductible payment.. one of biggest regrets as a homeowner

I would highly recommend this company for any Restoration work. There employees are very professional, and their work is outstanding. My wife and I are so happy with the final outcome of our house.

This is the second time I’ve used ATI for my restoration needs, and will continue to use them in the future. Both times I use them, the people who arrived were efficient in getting the job done the way it needs to be done. They arrived on time and always kept me informed of the status of the repair.

This was the worst company I have worked with. The Laborer's were nice people but their was no Leadership and very little supervision they did not take the proper COVID-19 precautions, or safeguards. They mischarged on the estimates and had to be ask to leave because of the lack of Supervision.Would never refer them to anybody and drafting a complaint to the BBB.

I was very glad to work with AT San Diego, the project leaders were very knowledgeable and provide clarification to our questions. The crew really adhered to the schedules and time slots provided and were courteous when family was in the house.

Very pleased with the work ATI did on water damage restoration on my house. I have owned apartments and real estate all of my adult life and by far ATI quality of work was the best.There were several small questions and clarifications in the billing and Ryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of everything.

My experience with ATI was partly good partly not, and some of that was on me, I was particular about materials, and they needed to fit contractors to when materialscwoukd be here. However, two guys made the job better, Justin and Dave. Justin was the project manager and did an especially great job of communicating with me and keeping me informed.

American Technologies was by far the most professional and courteous home repair organization I have ever worked with. They made it clear that my happiness was their most important consideration.

There was a significant disconnect between ATI and their flooring supplier. There was also a miscommunication with painters. They started painting areas that were not covered by the insurance and the paint did not match. On a positive note they did make some changes that were nice and more doable during the rebuild.

American Technologies provided great communication from beginning to end. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They took care of my house and made me feel secure in knowing that they would repair my home in a timely manner. When I did get the house back it was much better than I expected. I am very happy with the work that they did to our home.

Overall work was good, you need to make sure they clean up after themselves each day and at end of job. I would use them again especially if I had water damage.
