ATI through its project leader Danny Aguilera said the water damage would be removed and completely restored but left with a giant hole in the wall and ceiling and said ATI did not have any more responsibilities.

The work crews were the best, efficient, on time, & friendly.

While the quality of the work was very acceptable, the timetable in accomplishing both the remediation and then the rebuild was unsatisfactory.

The workmanship was subpar and after all the drying and drywall removal was done it took 6 weeks for your parent company to approve the work. Why? It was already approved by my insurance company?

That is in the construction part of it, but ATI also did the remediation, and the quality of work has been superior for all facets of the job.

I think the communication with the first point of contact, I'm assuming the salesperson, needs to be clearer. When I called, I just wanted a review, but they sent a whole team. They said they don't really do that, and they just come to do the work. So, we were put in a situation to let them do the work, when we just wanted to have them review the situation.

Communication was terrible, and my property was damaged during the process. No one has taken responsibility for the repairs. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone!
