A drawn out process.

The communication between departments, contractors was poor which as customer led to inconvenience

The Office was friendly and the workers were good at their profession.

Poor communication and the work was done by subcontractors not Apple roofing employees

Work was good, signed a contract for one price, they tried to jack the final invoice up.

I liked that there was a Ben Standley to help assist with everything. He explained the process and did follow up

You need to up communication with the homeowner if you want a recommendation.

I was very happy with the customer service given to me by the rep who helped me, but my roofing results do not look. Gaps more than 4+ inches, siding missing etc.

Working with our insurance company was fantastic and stress free. I feel the scheduling of work and execution, oversight was lacking.

I like the way the representative came out and how they responded. Benjamin Webster, the person I worked with, was really nice, and I would definitely recommend Apple Roofing. I feel comfortable with them because, in current times, there are many scam artists and questionable roofers, but I felt very comfortable with Apple Roofing.

Apple started my repair on my siding on Friday and didn’t finish. They left the siding on my grass which made grass look bad. My son had to move it.

The work done was ok, it was the communication and scheduling that was poor.

The chimney flashing is not done properly or even complete. The brick on the chimney has been damaged. The proper materials were not used on the chimney flashing. There is damage to my gutters on the s South side. Derrick from Apple says the insurance company has denied replacing the garage roof but I have an estimate from Travevers that includes the garage roof. Derrick from Apple is slow to respond. He makes promises but does not follow through. Appointments are not kept. There is more but I am tired of all my time I have invested to get things right. It has been over a week and repairs are not complete. I was told all work would be done in one day. My neigbors roof was done inone day and the work appears perfect. I need help.

Apple Roofing stopped communicating with us the moment they got paid. We tried calling, texting, and emailing for weeks after writing the check. One day, a truck showed up and dropped off a load of vinyl siding. The next day, a work crew showed up and spent the next 2 days performing the siding replacement. We had no warning and had to scramble to make plans so our 3 month old had somewhere to sleep during the day.

Customer service wasn’t great. Was told job would start on this date and it never did. Then told different date and same thing.

The concern for my needs and the urgent care in completing of the job in a timely manner.

Very professional and thorough seemed like they were there to help only not just doing a job

I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the company get back to me and inspecting the damages with in 4 days and the job being completed within 2 weeks. Several family members with damage are still waiting for inspection and other companies follow up
