We hired US Home Construction for bathroom remodeling to our house and they did an outstanding job. The work involved complete gutting, moving plumbing,electrical, new tile work and more. I am extremely pleased of their workmanship and professionalism.

Should I be worried that external doors in my home are shifting to a point that I can't lock them without lifting them up?

I would be concerned... sounds like you have some sort of issue if the gap is gettting larger. I definantely would contact a local professional door installer.
