Our team got behind with all the rain and rescheduling of jobs but that is no excuse for the lack of communication and we will do better. As promised I am following up with the team early next week on a couple of the items you mentioned and we will ensure that in the end you are completely satisfied with the project. Thank you!

Zion did a great job on our patio. There was an issue that needed to be addressed after it was installed. They were very prompt and responsive and the repair work was okay, but could have been done better.
All in all, I am very satisfied with Zion and would highly recommend them.

It is incredibly disheartening to hear that we fell short of the high standards of service and respect that you—and all our customers—deserve.
We take full responsibility for the issues you described. From the scheduling delays to the technical shortcomings with the cleaning, sealing, and skimmer installations, it is clear that our execution was not up to par. While we made several attempts to remediate the work to meet our quality benchmarks, we recognize that the final result was still not satisfactory.

Full Refund: To honor our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have authorized a 100% refund for the entirety of your project.
Internal Action: We are using your experience as a critical training case for our sales and field teams. We are addressing the professionalism and communication gaps you noted to ensure this remains an isolated incident.
