I hope my experience was not the norm. There were several issues with my order. YHIC did not take any accountability. No care or concern about the mistakes made. Then when they offer a discount/satisfaction incentive, it comes with unreasonable terms and conditions.

Everyone is human. Front to back your team made our cabinet face upgrade happen, and dealt with the curve balls the manufacturing shop thew at them with grace and professionalism. Thanks for a great job.

It took way too long to get it installed. The installer came from the Boise area. There isn't an installer in southeastern Idaho?
The installer himself was injured and was dealing with that, his mom and ex-wife. He yelled at his main worker, cussed him out outside so our neighbors heard it. It was a very unpleasant two days. And then the hardware was all wrong except the seat. The installer left loose fittings on the shower. The supervisor had to come and replace all the hardware and make it right finally. I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone.
