Easy process. Kept us informed when the windows were ordered, shipped, received and then got us on a schedule which was only 2 weeks from the time they called to schedulee.

Miss measured one window. Had to wait for a month to get it right. Didn't send the right color trim. Whe it finally came, installer didn't do a very good job. Finally sent someone who knew what he was doing. Took over 4 months to finally get it all done. Unacceptable business practices. No one seemed to know what was going on. A lot of jumping through hoops to get it right. Will NOT recommend your company to anyone!!

Was told by salesman that there were no references for me to look at( previous customer recommendations) Now I am asked to leave one myself?
The windows' screen did not touch the bottom of the sill. There was light coming through. Some of the drywall was gouged out. I had to call twice to get someone to come out to look at this. When someone finally did come, he said he would fix the drywall and try to fix gaps. That was over a month ago, and I have yet to hear back about when he would come and repair the wall.

You promised me a Visa gift card for coming out to give us a quote , we actually bought the replacement windows thru out the house and were told the Visa gift card would take about 4 weeks to arrive, we never received it! It’s been 5 months now!!!!
Great product, competitive bid, installers were absolutely the best, top-notch. Really took pride on the quality of their work. You’re one biggest challenge, if you’ve got fix, rearrange, re-traffic you’re totally complete **** show mixup of telemarketing. We received so many calls, from people that had no clue about the project. It was always a different person so you had to repeat the whole project. At least five times I told the callers I am not involved in the project. You have my wife’s name and your database, for Christ sake, don’t you have a database? But all five people were different, so they said I don’t have any of your wife’s contact information. I only have your contact information. Perception is reality, you guys have no idea how to talk to yourself within your four walls. So the iron is, I’ve asked a number of times that I’d not be involved in this project, but you send me the email to report back on the quality of the project. You still haven’t figured it out.

Poor instalation job on outside windows. Screens defective and has holes 8 weeks after instaltion not repaired yet. Took six weeks for improper measured window to come in and finally had install manager come out to look at poor job. Waiting for new crew to reduce outside install
I like the transferable warranty. A nice selling point if I sell my house. The windows are larger than my old ones. I can already see a nice difference in my electric bill!

After my windows got installed we had a cold snap and I realized there was cold air coming in from outside .. So I called and told the receptionist about my problem with my windows.. It took like 3 weeks for someone to come out to look at the problem...The head technician Logan told me there was a problem with the windows and he will contact the manufacturer.. Well a month and a few days went by I didn't hear a word . So I called and they told me the technician wrote in his notes that the problem was resolved.. I said no.: No one came to fix my windows..: And then I get a call about 2 days later said when they get parts they will be out .::I really don't think that's customer satisfaction.. It's hot outside now and I have hot air coming through my windows and my electric bill is gonna be higher because of that... And that's why I got new windows.:::Still dont have my windows fixed...: So no why would I recommend this company..
The initial guy that signed me up, stated that I could call him anytime if I had any questions and when I did so he was just not present not once
Our installer Justin was absolutely fantastic! I believe that he treated our installations as if he were working on his own house!

Windows are great. Installation absolute ****. Torn window screens, mismeasured windows, ****ty caulking job, spray foam all over my siding and flashing.
I feel I traded a old ugly inefficient window for a new pretty inefficient window.
They should be aware that some details still need attention, and it’s been nearly two months now.

This is what I emailed to Quality Assurance. I am contacting you because I need help getting someone to come out to take care of a problem. If the St.Louis branch phones are working, then I am disappointed that your agents have not shown me the courtesy and respect to call me back. I have been having incredible difficulty getting anyone from that office to help me resolve an issue with my window installation on 12/10/25. While I am happy with most of the installation, there is a problem.
I found a separation/gap in the left upper wood frame when I painted the area around the windows. I tried to text and send picture but no one responded. I offered to send same picture to Quality Assurance when I emailed on 12/19/25. I asked that someone contact me as soon as possible to schedule repair and caulking of my window frame or should I call the 1-888# I received via text. I received a call on 12/26/25 and we set up repair date for 01/14/26. Thanks for your help. Dorothy Taylor
I signed the contract and had to make changes. I had trouble getting ahold of someone. It took about three days. I texted, emailed, and called them.
The Entire process was so Challenging especially after the windows were installed!!
Have left multiple messages about our door handle and have not received a response. Still waiting on J channel from over a month - that should have been ordered with the windows.
Your sales team of Nick Marler was amazing! But when it comes to customer service, getting someone to talk to you and keep you informed on what is happening would be most helpful. I called numerous times and was transferred numerous times because each area did not know anything about my window. Then I was scheduled for installation and then cancelled because they were waiting on a permit. Then I heard nothing for a month and then all of a sudden my husband said they called and were installing our window 3 days later. More communication!!
I like how nice the men working on the windows were and that they talked to me. I love how they cleaned up after themselves.
They were very ptofessional, polite and curtious. They would answer yiur questions as well. They didn't leave any messes for you to clean up.
