Installers worked very professionally but the two damaged doors have not been replaced after several weeks of being installed.
We are very disappointed. We called twice and were told someone was taking care of the issue and we never heard back from them

I have a new window that has fogged up and called immediately and was told they would get back to me and haven't heard anything.

I was promised a travel voucher which I have never received in spite of emails and phone calls asking for help.

Incompetet, slow. 9 weeks for a one day job.

Outstanding product and exceptional team with a strong work ethic

The widows are beautiful. My neighbors asked if it was done all in one day, it was. I have been busy putting up new curtains and not a lot enjoying my windows but they do their job so well that I often have my heat set too high. Another feature was my old wooden windows leaked air into the house and when wild fires were burning in the summer there was no way to keep the smoke out during sleep.

Still waiting for a window to be repaired. Haven't heard from NWW

The process was too long. They tried to do the install the week of Thanksgiving, and the guy they'd sent out to measure it measured wrong, so they brought the wrong door. So then they had to reorder it, and it took until January, and it's still not right.

This installation was done by hacks.

Good service

The windows are great; however, the customer service and response time have been very unsatisfactory.

They were in and out in 1 day, they cleaned everything up, and the windows look beautiful 😍

No clean-up and five windows were replaced in just a few hours. The workmen were polite and went out of their way to be unobtrusive.

Cost is MUCH greater than competition

We searched various window replacement companies to replace a 30+ years old garden window that was leaking. Window Nation was the only company that was able to do this for us. Our existing Milgard window was replaced with a new Milgard window that is beautiful. I'm confident that this new window will be trouble free for years.

The windows supposedly came from the manufacturer with rough edges and caulking all over them. Poor quality windows for what we have paid. The installer never took pre-photos of the caulking and by the time we saw them it was too late and dark outside. Screens all had to be replaced. Not happy with the windows.

The installation was good, but the product was not at all. There were a lot of defective pieces, and I know it's subcontracted for the installation, which was good. The subcontractor guys installed everything properly. There could have been like a few better ways to do some installation, but they did talk through it and then took our point of view in installing the stuff, but we are not happy with the product. The screens were missing, and the sizes were not good. I can see the openings in a lot of the screens, and the window itself. The patio door itself had a lot of marks on the glass itself. That needs to be replaced, so service wise was good, but product wise I'm not happy with the company. Even when I tried to contact the people, I have to go through like some customer service in another country which I find hard to even talk to, but even then, I managed, but it was hard to reach to the correct person. It takes a lot of hops of a call to reach the correct person at the right time. With the finance thing, I read a lot of negative reviews, so for now I'm just waiting on my first, payment. Let's see how it goes, and then I will give my feedback on the financial service also.
