Windows appear to be quality and installation was seemless. However one ( of two) proved to be defective, nothing major but disappointing. parts to correct the defective are 6 - 8 weeks. Are you serious!!! The windows didn’t even take that long!!, I’m doubtful that the parts will correct the issue. We’ll see.

I was under the assumption as per the conversation with the sales person that the fit and finish was going to be top-tier above Anderson, Pella, Marvin, etc. comparing them to two of my neighbors Anderson units the build quality was not up to Anderson units.

Only because I had a theft that took place from my room when I was asked to vacate it and room door closed due to lead spread during installation.
Also the main window that cost me almost half my whole project was not of size. It was made to somehow fit by using immense amounts of expanding spray foams to fill gaps.
