PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSIVE I GOT WITH QUESTIONS ETC. HOWEVER AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED I DID NOT HAVE CONTACT FROM THE PERSON WHO SOLD US THE WINDOWS. THOUGHT HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ON THE PHONE JUST TO CHECK IN WITH US TO MAKE SURE WE DID NOT HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ETC. ALSO TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING WENT ETC. WE HAVE TWO SCREENS THAT HAVE HOLDES IN THEM NEED TO BE REPLACED.INC POSSIBLY WITH THAT PARTICULAR CONTACE WE COIULD HAVE LEFT HIM KNOW THAT ISSSUE.

Your window manufacturer is awful! The seams on the windows are not trimmed and look awful. Today was the 4th sliding door installation due to wrong color on the first, the second door was 1/2 inch higher on the left than the right and wouldn't slide the whole way across, the third door had a crack, and this door had paint peel away when the plastic was pulled. On one scheduled install day, the installers were sick for a total of 5 days of work missed between my husband and me and it's still not finished!! Also, the weather stripping was not put in the windows when they were installed in December. It was forgotten in February when they came to install, so that's impacted our electric bill. It's been an awful experience from the first call when I was addressed as a man, they put the wrong name down for my husband and put the wrong city for our address which took multiple attempts to correct. Oh, we've also been living with sheets as window treatments for almost a year waiting for the completion of this project.

Not real satisfied with window quality, also when brought to attention was told when, not if the seal fails it will be covered. Not what you want to hear in the 1st month of install.

Great price/Amazing install team that did the job in record time and was done perfectly. Clean up was 100% cleaned up and we love the windows that we can finally open them up!

Ty was pleasant to work with as were the installers. When the installers left we couldn’t even tell they were here. Our house was left spotless. I have referred my sister and she ordered through Ty.

We enjoyed our new window so much that we shared it with our neighbor. Who purchased a window!

Estimate and scheduling were quick and easy. And I appreciate it being understood the scope of my project was only a set number of windows.

The initial schedule and whole house install were great. However, I have had 3 issues with two windows and scheduling repair is horrible. I keep getting A.I. and no followup so I continue to call until I eventually get an agent. Even then, I'm informed that a scheduler would get back to me in 5-7 days. Then at day 8 (today) I'll call again to see what the heck is going on.. Very Frustrating!
The first time this happened, I emailed Jeff Beck and got same day contact with a scheduler. I don't want to continue down this path..
Although, I do love the windows and would think about recommending others if you can straighten out the communication issues. Not apposed to A.I. but you need a better product or oprocess....

We are still awaiting to hear when they will complete the security system for the windows that was in the contract.

Did not receive the cash credit that was promised by the sales person. Talked to him a nunber of times with no follow through.

From start to finish we had excellent responce and work

The windows and installation were perfect! The salesman lied! He said I would get a $100 GC and my son would get a $500 GC for referring me to WM. Neither ever happened. I emailed the salesman several times. He said one sentence each time, I’ll take care of it, he would make sure we would get them, never did anything. I even called the office with the situation, they said they would contact the salesman. Never heard another word.

It is taking months now to get 1 slider door to be put in. Parts aren't there, need two people to put it in now wating again for them to call and schedule a time.

Windows were beautiful!! Nice service! Everything was cleaned up amd it didnt take too long! Great experience! Highly recommend!!

We are extremely pleased with the new windows and the installation process and team. In today’s environment is so hard to find a reputable company to perform such work at a fair price and executed it to expectation.

Initially yes but I had to call once I was able to open the windows to provide what is wrong. Installation was on Thursday 5/28. I called on Monday 6/1. They said it could take a week for someone to call and schedule to come out and look. I’m still waiting.

Because when my large over the door window was put in, it came with a large crack that went from one side to the other. I was told a new replacement would be done within 2-2 1/2 weeks.

I got two doors. The sliding door in my home is 25 years old, and it is still warmer than the sliding glass door.

I think the new door is a work of art!

The price we were quoted was good. Quality windows and a professional installation team that exceeded our expectations. Definitely would recommend!

It’s been over 2 months since initial install date and things are not fully completed yet.

Mario and his three helpers went to work very quickly with each one of the workers knowing what their part of the project was without much interaction between them.

They got the job done quickly, efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. It was very clear that Mario’s team worked well together and we’re well trained.

Large picture window did not fit in old opening, was to small. Asked installer to add a new header piece of wood and he said window nation only spray foams around the windows. That would have been ok if it fit properly. Also wanted to wrap the inside with aluminum trim after damaging window sill and header trim.

Window Nation did an excellent job and were very courteous throughout the whole process.

Sergio and his helpers did a wonderful job with the installation of the windows. I appreciated their work.

I got approved quickly and the estimator came out the next week. Windows got manufactured and installed within 3 weeks! Installers were wonderful and windows are high quality!

I was told the quote was only good for that day. The whole thing was way too expensive.

I am very happy with my completed project to replace 4 windows and have a new door installed. Everyone I worked with was very courteous and professional. I am grateful that financing was available for me to get this project done. I would work with Window Nation again in the future.
