There was a problem with one of the windows during the final walk through. They said they would turn in a service request to have it fixed. Job was done on May 5th and still, on June 11, no one has called to schedule the repair.

The project has not been well coordinated. The next and final hopefully, install will be the third install effort. Along with some minor repairs, the project has lasted months.

The quality of the installation was sub-par. The building inspectors actually failed the inspection and I had to arrange to have the company come back out to address the issues. The final fit/finish was pretty unsatisfactory.
