I never enjoyed spend so much money at one time. Our sales associate was amazing and very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel like we were being sold a product, we felt like we were making an investment purchase.

Was not given accurate information around labor warranty. Was told lifetime but it's only 5 years after install. Got told "it recently changed" but feels like a bait and switch. Also picture window has been broken twice during install and repair attempt left black marks on my wall

I’m still not sure of the quality of the installation so I don’t have a complete picture of the product or service.

Windows wrong size and non-responsive about a resolution after acknowledging the problem. I will have to replace custom blinds and can’t so that until windows are replaced so I’ve had temporary paper blinds on my front window for 2 months.

Mis-measured out largest window and had to tape in the old one. For over month, I received no follow up. Contractors left mud stains on walls and carpet.

A few windows do not properly lock and I already have one window with moisture inside. It hasn’t even been a month.
