I like my windows

We would and have recommended

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered 9 windows to be installed, and when the crew arrived, they only had 6 of them. After looking into it, I was told the other 3 windows had never even been manufactured. After waiting for those windows to be made, they finally came back to install them, only to discover that the screens for those windows were also missing because they had never been made either.

The issues didn’t stop there. The company also completed a frame-out in my basement. About a week later, we had a severe hailstorm that caused flooding. Water was coming into my basement through a nail hole in the wood because the exterior frame had apparently not been properly sealed.

To their credit, they did eventually come back and correct the issues. However, it should not take multiple visits, repeated mistakes, and several failed attempts to get the job completed correctly. While I appreciate that they ultimately addressed the problems, the amount of time, inconvenience, and frustration caused by these preventable errors was unacceptable.

Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, repeated manufacturing oversights, and the additional problems caused by incomplete work made this a very disappointing experience.

The installation team was extraordinary; that they installed the bow windows on the second floor was remarkable.

All the people I met from the company were friendly and professional.

They worked as a team- each had a specific job. Super clean during and after my windows were installed.

I think the quality and their appearance is more than I expected. I absolutely love my new windows. The installation crew was master class, quality work. Very dedicated, very professional. And that’s not even mentioning how virtuous they are, very accommodating!

Better customer service when crew is very late

Everything started off good but when it came to installation day the crew was six hours late.

I would highly recommend Window Nation to a friend. Actually, a friend suggested I contact Window Nation for an estimate. I was very impressed with the sales representative's knowledge. The installers were very precise in installing the window and afterwards, explained the features. I am very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the window.

Aside from the windows being special ordered to my home and to my specs, they are truly beautiful. I am so happy I decided to go with Window Nation, they are true professionals!

I am likely to recommend Window to a friend because I can't say how impressed I was with this whole thing. From the day they came to measure the windows till the day they came to put the windows in, it was effortless, smooth, competent, and everything I was hoping it would be. We've had contractors here before, and it was always a disaster, so I was a little bit hesitant about having someone come here and do this work, but the crew that came to put in the windows and doors couldn't have been better or more respectful or worked any harder than they did; they were here from 8:00 in the morning to almost 6:30 at night with no breaks—they were just wonderful!

The price was quite high

We have told friends and family about our windows. We have told everyone.
