It makes me feel comfortable when the company calls back and check on your service. Didn’t receive a call back to see how installation went.
The whole experience has been a joke. I would NEVER recommend this company. I am still waiting to be paid the $500 they owe me for blinds and alarm expenses

I was told by the guy who came to look at the old window that the new window would be installed so that the top of the window was aligned with other windows on that that of the house, but instead it is not aligned.
Very professional and the job they did is great.

Seamless process with great salesperson and installers
Window nation is awesome. From Whit Breeze in sales to all the guys on Mike's team that did the instal. Everything was perfect!
There was a big talk of how customer service excelled, which is why we paid top dollar for these windows and doors—but when it came down to it, the customer service was just as bad or worse than Home Depot. The order was incomplete. I had to chase down the salesman to get the installer to even call me back with an estimated time when the order would be completed. He said he would call me as soon as he knew. I never heard from him. The main customer service line just kept transferring me to the local office, where the phone would ring and ring, and then disconnect. So, no I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This installation was phase 1 (front and side). I will do survey and rating once entire home (rear is complete).

We are still waiting for the screen for the kitchen window and someone to look at the damage done to the wall above the kitchen window. It’s been almost two months since the install.
Order have not been completed. Missing grids and a screen.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend. We had a couple of small issues, but they were resolved, and we still have a pending issue. Although we had a couple of little things being taken care of, I'm confident they'll be resolved to my satisfaction.
Great product. They are not on the cheapest side, but great product and great service.
If they had sent the original crew who did the first job as I requested, I feel I would not have had this problem; this was our second job. I had my sunroom done with twelve windows and had no issues. When we set it up to do the rest of the windows in the house, I requested the first crew and that did not happen.
Window Nation was very prompt, and professional. I am very pleased with the products and the service.
The windows were delayed twice and when they arrived the installers discovered they were 7 inches shorter than what was needed.
Overall, I really need to let someone know about the pushy sales technique by the guy who was at the house. It was a complete turnoff. He was like a used car salesman. I was so put off by him that I told him to leave. He didn't want to leave. At least once I spoke to the guy in inside sales I ended up going with them. It was so polarizing, and I would not have done business with them had I not talked to someone in inside sales. The guy who came to the house was a complete jerk, and I pushed him out of the house. I felt that they needed to know that kind of information because I have only felt like that before when I was 16 years old and dealing with a used car salesman. That was horrible.
