I have a bad experience with Renuity

I will recommend Renuity for sure however the followup from field manager needs for an issue that needs to looked at should quicker.

The windows are exorbitantly more expensive than any other provider we looked at. We chose Renuity (FHIA) because of the warranty. We were told the windows would be professionally installed to perfection. It looks like a junior high school shop class did the install. I found screws and broken glass for weeks outside in the grass where I walk, usually bare foot.

Their professional salesperson was very thorough, never in a hurry and explained all the pros and cons of the work to be done.

The company was professional, and receptive to personal situations which presented themselves during the process, which was greatly appreciated as my re-location had me alone for the first time in 35 years, with my wife’s passing

No one spoke English during construction, except the last five minutes when the Foreman came. Also too expensive in the end.

Most of all because we could not talk to the workers. That made everything very difficult. And there was a lot of damage to my house that I never expected. The concrete that they put around my doors is already cracking.

The crew was on time and got right to work. They were very professional and did an amazing job in the installation. The only improvement that I would recommend is on the cleaning after they were done and better communication when they have to alter any previous structure. We had aluminum shudders previously and they cut off the all the bolts to one of the windows without considering to consult me first and I was present throughout the installation. I didn’t notice what they did until after they left. Additionally, the first crew I had about 3 months ago did a great job cleaning up all their mess after the install both outside and inside and explained to me any alterations done to the structure that was unavoidable during install.
