They were fabulous working with me in a difficult situation.

I appreciate the extra time and effort Jesus and his coworker put into making sure the water damage in our house was taken care of. They took extra measures to make sure the house stayed clean. ie. taping paper and plastic over any flooring the would be walking on. They were very helpful, professional and did a great job!

They forgot to get brown paper to cover the mitigated area and didn’t even bother to buy some and put it even on repeated asks to do it

They were really great working with me during a very stressful time while I had water leak in my house. Very pleasant and professional as they explained everything. Loved how they took care of our items that needed to be stored during construction.

Whatever the time that they said they would be at my place, they made it sure that they NEVER came on time. Also the final bill with detailed, itemized paper, they absolutely overcharged it everything. Over $40 dollar for few sheets of builders of paper for floor? Content movement? I moved the content myself. Liars, they just scam insurance company, and ultimately the clients, and they never give you their final report to you directly, which does not makes sense at all. Just overall bull**** company. Don't use them. Technicians who actually does the work is ok with the work, but again, they were the one driving and never arrived on time.

Washington Water Restoration Inc. was very empathetic and extremely detailed. They were right on time and actually went the extra mile to do things that normally, in this day and age, people don't do. I think the overall customer service was A++. I had a fire, and I'm really happy to have met the crew during that tough time. They came to help pack my things and get me set up in a storage unit and apartment. Everybody was super nice to work with. They went the extra mile and made moving out and moving into the apartment I'm in 1000% easier. I'm really pleased with the crew I worked with. They've been awesome.

Excellent response n=by their team- Alfredo and Mikey were prompt and efficient, These guys know their job and they took care of the necessities while not overdoing anything other than what was required.

I have never dealt with a caring and professional company. They are very careful with all their products. They care about how you feel. They helped to relieve stress through their professionalism. They care for their customers and they put the customer first.

They were very pleasant and asked if I needed any help with anything. I was here the entire time they were here.

This review is strictly for manager Mike. The actual workers were great. Mike is lacking in the slightest degree of customer service skills and professionalism. He failed to communicate in a timely manner through the process unless he was asking where the check was.

Washington Water Restoration saved the day after we walked into our house after a vacation and found water throughout our first floor. They came to the house quickly and worked fast to mitigate the damages. Abel and his crew were professional, efficient and wonderful to work with. This was an incredibly stressful time for us and they were extremely helpful in keeping us calm, thoroughly explaining the process, and providing reassurance. I highly recommend their services.

For the most part, crew was very polite and respectful. The crew are inexperienced and so actions resulted in further damage and complicated future repair. Management is not respectful or responsive to any issues that arise. The management are not customer service oriented and don't care to be questioned on process. They are not truthful and do not resolve issues. They challenge the customer. The charges are exorbitant and tasks are inflated on final billing.

Their response time was fantastic!
