Everyone at Villas at Park Place were excellent to work with, I could not have asked for a better experience. Everybody was kind, professional, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. The community here is awesome. I did a lot of looking before purchasing and am so happy. I know I made the right choice.

How Did You Find? - I was driving around looking at other communities, and this was one of them. I knew right away it was what I wanted.

Important In Purchase - I thought the model house was nice, my daughter is right up the street, there aren't any steps, and all the people at the club are very professional and wonderful. They remember everything I said! It's like they actually listen, and a lot of people don't. Every one of them has been great.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Carl and Kathy have been great about helping with all the problems and have been very supportive. Tim is "superconstruction" -- extremely organized and gets the job done. Between the three of them it has made our experience very well. They are very professional and attempt to help in any way possible.

Additional Comments - Since we are getting everything in order, Brady and I feel we have "come home". And it is an absolutely beautiful home to come to. We would like to complement Carl, Kathy and Tim. They are GREAT!!!
