No pressure sales. Great installation

For the warranty that I hope to never use, I would recommend. For the workmanship, I would recommend. For the cost, the lack of returning items to where they were and killing of our landscape, I would not recommend.

I was surprised that they were able to complete our job in one day, with the thoroughness that they did. We have a very large house, so that was very surprising.

I am very impressed with the work. Victors has very nice people; they seemed to do what they had to do in an orderly fashion. They were in and out in a day, which they told me they would be.

I would definitely recommend. We had another quote, it wasn't as thorough, and came in much higher!

The only thing that would change about this experience is that Victors could intervene with Green sky and reduce my payment or waive some part of the total debt to reduce the amount I owe.

Anytime you need home improvements and with the cost of things today, all we can hope for is a job done right and quality materials. I believe I got that with Victor’s home solutions! Plus I get a free inspection every year !

Getting a quote for 0 boards replaced and ending up replacing 50 was my only complaint. It added over $4000 to total bill.

You were over priced with the work and there is no guarantee for the work that was done.

I would recommend you, but I would let them know you are very expensive. The work was good, and the clean-up was good. It will be excellent once my camera is fixed and they compensate me.

When I first noticed the ad, Victor came across so well on the television as really caring about the work they do, and that it meets the customers' satisfaction. It gave me more confidence in making a decision to go with Victor's Roofing. So, I give them a five.

And you know what? His strong ethics trickle down to the employees. They see their boss work hard and try to always do the best for the customer, and do the best work. It is reflected in the workers because he was such a good teacher.

Yes I would recommend. Everything was very professional and I was treated as a valued customer: a person answers the phone- no waiting; they are all polite and welcome my questions; they show up on time, they follow up, the quality of work is outstanding, along with work ethic, have excellent communications and address concerns, fully accoutable and pleasant.

Very good performance and efficient process. Completed the job in less than 1 full day. Excellent clean up. No trace of them being here other than a beautiful new roof.

I was impressed with Victors' throughness. They were very knowledgeable and upfront. I felt very comfortable going with Victors, and I was actually impressed with the work afterwards. The clean up was excellent, the quality of the roofing was great, and it seems that they have taken care of the overheating upstairs. I'm pretty happy!

Customer service issue

The error on the crew chief's part was that he did not let us inspect the damaged boards that he replaced and charged us additional money. The crew was competent and respectful and quiet as they went about their work. The cleanup was excellent.

The whole experience was quite positive, from the initial contact, sales visit, scheduling to the actual day of installation. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, went through the steps of protecting our house and property, stripping the old roofing, prepping and applying the new. The whole crew pitched in to the cleanup. I think I've only found one roofing nail so far and a few very small pieces of shingle material.

They were great. They were very nice young men. They did a great job. I would have them do anything for me again.

The work crew walked in with Omar as their lead. They went above and beyond on everything. They kept me informed and left our home beautiful. You wouldn't know that I had a new roof put on if you drove by. I thank them for a nice job.

Victors didn't resolve all of my issues; they gave me a good price and that's about it.

Everything was great.

The shingle people up top who climb up on the roof are the backbone of Victors. They get no recognition whatsoever. Without them, I would not have been pleased with the whole situation. Jose was knowledgeable and kept in touch. Tell Victor to give them a tip. You know they are not getting paid what they deserve for working so hard.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend and they were recommended to me. My son had his roof put on by them and I always hear about them on the talk show radio in the Detroit area.

Victor's representatives understood our needs

Cost certainly enters into the work that your crews do. Although costs having Victor are elevated...result expectations are as well, on my part.

Showed up on time competed roof on time and excellent clean up. Crew covered all landscaping and windows/ doors to prevent any damage.

Thanks for having the dumpster removed the day after re roofing was done and zero nails left in the driveway.
