They installed the wrong color drip-edge and gutter apron. They damaged my gutters. They damaged my siding. The roof leaked more (in the same spot) after they were done... and this caused them to mess up the new insulation in my attic. They required me to pay for paint and their time to fix drip... more


Do I have any recourse for a builder not installing gutters as shown in the plan/drawings? Bought 2 1/2 years ago.

If they were included, file a suit in small claims which you may win but never collect. Give the builder a final warning, in WRITING (email or certified), that you will be going online and posting com ... read more
What can you do to a builder who takes three years to build a home that should take one year to build.
