They cleaned our gutters and left the front walks and plantings and rear decks clear of the resulting detritus.

The workers were very informative and professional. They did my neighbor’s entire house and I asked for an estimate while they were there. After their workday ended, they came and did the estimate. The work to be performed, payments, and contract were all in digital form and my copies were emailed to me.
The work was done in the time frame we agreed to but I have an issue with the gutter that was installed on my 12x20 shed. I showed the installer my concern and he said that the gutter leans outward because of the front of my shed and the way it was constructed. I don’t “just do gutters “ so I definitely wasn’t going to debate a guy about his professional work. I didn’t pursue it any further. I figured he didn’t know a way to install it straight or it really couldn’t be installed better. I thought that the price quoted was for someone who wants a great “get what you pay for” estimate and I was willing to pay that price to get the best guys here.
The lady who called me for a follow up courtesy call asked me how I liked the work. I told her about the gutter so she pulled up the pictures that were taken after the guys finished. She said that she saw what I was talking about and said she would show it to the guys. However, when she came back to the phone, she informed me that the guys couldn’t install it better because something was wrong with the front of my shed (which is only about 10 years old and in great condition). She said they were sorry but nothing was done by the company to make me feel better about the appearance that my “new” gutter has! No refund at all was offered…
I only filled out this survey because someone keeps sending them to me! I hate to complain so I have been deleting the emails. When they kept coming, I decided to tell my story. If my gutter was installed straight with the normal lean I would gladly give them all 5 stars, and I mean that. I sincerely don’t think this is a bad company. I would use them again but would tell them my story again before signing the contract.

Timely and professional.

Very professional from the estimate to the completed installation process. Estimator was vey professional and was on time as scheduled. Installation crew was very profession and completed the initial installation on time. Installers had to return to complete part of the project since I wasn't home to confirm the details but the same crew returned and completed the installation to my satisfaction. Bruce K

I have been using BJDG to clean our gutters for several years now and plan on hiring them in the years to come. I love this company!

Two weeks after their work, I had sheets of rain on my back porch which was the reason I called in the first place. Disappointing!

The service The Brothers provided was exactly what is required: a careful assessment of the project that includes customer input about why a gutter is required; a no surprises, detailed abd reasonably priced quote; a double check about a detail that could have created an installation problem; an installation date that was met; a friendly, professional crew to do the work and explain what was being done; clean-up the job site; walk through review of the job to assure customer satisfaction. Can't ask for more.

The guys were on time and did a very thorough job. We are very pleased with their work.

Unfortunately I don’t believe I would recommend this company. The gutters originally placed didn’t work properly and when we tried to ask them to come back and check.. they insisted we were wrong. One man even told us it was structural damage and could be very expensive to fix. (Which made us worry for days Bc we thought something was terribly wrong with our house) .. we had to ask several times to get them to come back and see that what they put up wasn’t done properly. They did eventually fix it but I won’t go through that hassle again.

The gutter job, small and simple,was a great job.
