Pulled a bait and switch. The materials picked out during the sales pitch looked high quality. The ones the installer showed up with were cheap plastic . Installation said he wouldn’t install it in a mobile trailer. Was told all installation people were Bath Authority employees, person who showed up was a sub contractor. Thank goodness he did because he pointed out that a beam the salesman and his manager said was not load bearing was. Was told the complete job would be done in three days. Installer said the glass couldn’t be ordered until the shower was done in order to have the correct size and that would take over two weeks after the shower was completed. Would never use this company or recommend them.

They did a very good job cleaned up and took the trash with them.

I was very impressed with Mike who did the installation. He was incredibly good. He was very clean. He cleaned up his mess and when he finished, you couldn't even tell he had been here. He did an excellent job on my shower and Sunday morning. I got in it and it was absolutely wonderful. I don't have any fear anymore of falling and it was a wonderful feeling. Very unlikely, cost & quality

Salesman Jason was very low pressure. Concierge Tenique was available with answers to all questions. Installers Barry and Sterling treated my home with respect and did an excellent job.

The installer took his time to do the job correctly, as always a few little issues popped up and he handled them professionally and made sure to do things the way they should be done.

Alexa was great to work with. My salesman, Kane was great. I love the tub.

The overall experience is relatively painless. You are spending considerable money but I can say it was worth the price.

Over-priced and a couple things were not great. For what I paid, everything should have been smooth.

Our whole experience with the Bath Authority team made the process seem less.

He covered my floors to protect them. His work was excellent.

I expected the shower to be of a higher quality. I would have liked a door handle on the shower.

The workmanship was great. Did use covers on fkoirs, reworked where drain was and needed to be. Cleaned up well afterward. Worked while rain delayed a little bit then completed then finished job. Was very respectful to family.

We love our shower, but wish we went with tile. We could have done our entire bathroom for the same price as we paid for the shower.

A tad expensive

The reason for my ultimate disappointment was the way the shelving was handled (or not, as the case may be) - because it was never ordered! If I had not followed up on it, I would never have received them! That was a real black mark against this company, and the explanation for the lower rating.

Everything went smoothly on time communication was good and I’m very happy with the end results.
