Promises that work would be done at a particular time were not adhered to. The change in Leadership in the middle of the project was chaotic, and demands were made that were not part of the original agreement. As the work was nearing completion contractors were not available to finish the job, thus constant calls had to be made to get the job to completion.

Based on the quality of the work, materials and personnel I would not recommend using Texas ReConstruction again. The entire job needed to be done twice due to poor workmanship and most of the issues could have been avoided if they the project was managed property. In the end the job took 6 weeks rather than the 2 weeks estimated and my wood floors are still not the correct color. Additionally, they caused so much damage that my brand new refrigerator needed to be replaced and my kitchen cabinets still have scratches on them that can't be fixed.

They showed up on time and early, they would notify me regarding where they were in the process and what was next, they would verify my preferences early so that the materials could be ordered and installed on time, they were pleasant and knowledgeable, they were competitively priced with great value, and on top of that they did an excellent job! They made me feel like I was their only customer, which is exactly what I needed after my house fire made my home a total loss. They are truly experts in their field, and exceeded my expectations 10 out of 10 times. I was blown away and really can't say enough great things.

Additional Comments - Thank you Texas Reconstrution. You guys need a commercial. The whole crew was excellent . Love the guy that did the work he was professional also. Very courtesy staff. The contractor who wrote everything up very professional explain all the paper work very friendly spoke very respectful. Supervisor for the job was great . It always seem like three different guys but in the same head space of level of professional. The clean up young lady awesome .great experience for me and my spouse. Thanks
