The overall experience was not stressful, a representative kept me informed, I liked that the installers are employees (not sub-contractors), I like that the company's connection to Sam's club, the project was finished two weeks early and everyone was in time and friendly.

Sean O'Brien was the best part of my Renuity experience. He is very good at his job as he knows the product and the installation process. He was always available and promptly contacted me to address my concerns. Sean knows the strengths and weaknesses of his installers and helped alleviate all of my worries during the installation process. It was a pleasure working with him!
