In 2023, I chose System Pavers to upgrade my backyard space and they did an amazing job.

Fast forward to 2026, I needed to upgrade my driveway, walkway and front porch. I called and reconnected with Roger Page who I worked with on the backyard project. Nothing changed over the 3-years since I last dealt with Roger. He was still as responsive, helpful and professional as ever. I met with him at my house and signed on with System Pavers for my front yard and driveway.

I then met with the project manager, Adrian O'Donoghue, and he was amazing. He was great to talk with and answered my many questions. He visited my house often while the work was being done and kept me updated regularly via texts and walk-through videos. During the walkthroughs, Adrian listened to my concerns and took the necessary action to rectify them. He noticed a couple little things during the walkthroughs and he had the crew fix them. These were minor things I missed or didn't pay any attention to but he saw them immediately. His attention to detail was amazing.

The crew Adrian used for my project were some of the hardest working guys I've seen. They finished the job faster than promised. After everything was done they took the time to clean up and you'd never know I had work done at the house other than for the new driveway, walkway and porch which came out amazing.

I'm very happy with the work that has been done by System Pavers on my backyard, front yard and driveway.

SP is great at securing the contract but fails tremendously thereafter. Communication during installation was nearly nonexistent. Crew was great at their job, but had little to know ability to properly communicate with client during the job. Crew did not clean up/straighten up at the end of each day or before the weekend; leaving the yard looking a mess. Crew did not have all the supplies needed to complete the job as promised; I had to purchase sprinkler equipment and supply a screw gun, and Anne was asked if I would supply pipe glue. The Porta potty showed up the day before the project was completed. We are general contractors and we know how quickly and easily getting a Porta potty is, so this was unacceptable. The crew was not aware of the full details of the job, luckily I was not working, allowing me to help manage the job via text to the job manager, Jeremy. The project manager was seen on the job they won and at the end of the project never during the project. I had to ask that my lawn and yard be cleaned up at the end of the project to ensure that no concrete or stones were embedded in the grass so that when a electric mower was used, it did not pick up the stones and throw them towards any windows. Both the project manager, Jeremy and the subcontractor manager, Cesar. Or less than available during the project. Because of these situations, we cannot rightfully refer System pavers to anyone even though we had already referred System pavers to one neighbor who contracted with System pavers for their yard. We were told by Kelly that we would receive the $500 referral fee once that project was fully paid off, I’m not holding my breath on this one.

From the time we had our appointment with Kelly we felt comfortable with our decision.

We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the job.

The project manager was leaving it up to me to communicate about various aspects of the project and was never on the job-site when the two workers (who were limited due to language) were present.

I was happy with 95% of the company. I just dont like being hounded for recommendations.

The design process was good, and the construction team and supervisor were unbelievably great. The only reasons I’m not giving five stars are that the price is a little high, and there were issues with the original design. We were shown one proposal, agreed to it, signed all the documents, only to be told that it was in violation of code after the fact. That was disappointing. And then when it came to build the revised proposal, the construction crew supervisor realized that the design measurements were wrong.

I think they were fantastic to work with, especially Ryan, the project manager. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and confident.

I wouldn't recommend them for anything beyond pavers. The permit process, retaining well and even demo were a nightmare.

Every phase of the project met or exceeded my expectations.

We appreciated how extremely thorough they were. Our project manager Derick was truly committed to making sure our job was completed to a standard of excellence.

Several bumps in the road and a longer than promised install period lowered my overall satisfaction. Communication was usually excellent, but some gaps were frustrating.

No communications for several months, unnecessary delays; dropped the project and continuously blamed the city-when the city never received the request until months after.

Jeff Peregrina walked us through the project, listened and responded promptly to our questions and concerns. The whole experience was positive and professional. Our backyard has never looked better!!!

Overall my experience was negative. It was revived in the end after a year of waiting and a project manager from another region taking over at the direction of the big boss. The original process was unorganized, lack of communication between project manager/designer/installers, and the work was delayed several times. Once we were told the job was complete we expressed our concerns and were told a person would be back for a follow up visit. That visit never happened and pavers were left loose and strewn about the yard. A huge gap between the pavers and the existing ground surrounded the job and was dangerous. As I explained to multiple people there would never have been a before and after photo taken as the after photos looked like an unfinished project.

Very responsive to my initial call and getting back to me with a bid. Made design changes quickly per my request and got updated bid that day.

They were reasonably on time, but did an excellent job.

Final project turned out but communication was horrible. A job that should have taken 3 weeks took almost 4 months.

I paid $11k yesterday. But before the project begins, I'd like to say that I think it's really not cool (and I can easily use more profane language) that I have to hear it from the project manager after executing the contract and paying a deposit (and after 3 days lapsed) that only 4" of unreinforced concrete removal is covered under the contract I signed. Now, I'm sure buried in the fine print somewhere, it addresses this issue to my detriment, but it is significant enough that it should be called out on the front end by the sales rep prior to execution and NOT by the PM a day or so before the work begins. Seriously, even these cheap tract home builders place rebar or wire mesh to strengthen the driveways. Covering only 4" of unreinforced concrete is a joke. System Pavers is guaranteed upside despite being the most costly contract sans the extra dollars for the concrete removal that was never called out. This is total BS and if you were on the opposite end of this, you wouldn't feel any different.

One would think that $26.3k is enough for this project, but instead I'm now being subjected to a margin enhancing upcharge. I want to make the distinction that it's not so much about the money, but it's about feeling duped and being taken advantage of. I'm seriously considering calling someone in authority at System Pavers regarding this situation or perhaps it's part of the company's business plan?

So there's about 450 sq ft of concrete removal, what does that mean for reinforced concrete 5" thick? What's the margin enhancing upcharge?

A few years ago we had System Pavers put in retaining walls, and also had them replace our railroad tie graded walkways with pavers. They did a great job and the results looks great. We recently used System Pavers to add a new matching wall. Octavio and his crew did a great job, they took care of us and again the results look great!

We had spent years trying to design our backyard landscape. But it was System Pavers who finally helped us bring our ideas into reality - and we are delighted with the results. Thank you!
