Wonderful instructors and staff, great variety of classes. Lots of laughs and community.

Open earlier, especially on weekends.

The Strathroy YMCA is a welcoming branch with fantastic instructors and staff. I am very happy that I am a member of such a wonderful community. :)

1. The equipment and facilities are spotless.
2.The employees are helpful
3.The building is central to the city.
4.Unfortunately there is no T.V.
5. There is always someone to help with
equipment.

Like the flexibility of the workout. I like the idea of classes but right now just getting back to going to the gym. So I’ll start classes later.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facility is always clean and kept up.

I have and will keep recommending the Y!! The gym is always bright and clean. I like that you have the option to use the studio if the gym is too busy.. the staff are fantastic.. the classes are great and very welcoming to all skill levels. And free child minding is a huge bonus (though my kids are too old to use it now they loved it when they were younger)

Closing at 2pm on weekends is a joke and would be nice if you guys opened at 5am or 6am.

It’s my home away from home, the staff and members are all very friendly and I am very comfortable there. Love the classes and the atmosphere on the fitness floor.

A big factor for me to consider another gym is the hours closing early on Saturday and Sunday.

Thought on other equipmemt : stair stepper or a back extension machine.
