Our sales representative, Kaitlyn Jungjohan, was really pushy and overwhelming, and she wasn't transparent about the pricing.

Overall, my experience was great. Everyone I worked and talked with was very courteous and professional, while giving me the best service possible. If I am asked for home builder recommendations, I would be recommending Starlight in the future.

The house came with a great warranty and excellent response and service from the builder team, especially Diego and Zach Myers, the lot stage supervisor.

Jett Johnson and his team were very good, excellent in their dealings.. and always picking up their calls or returning calls...they were all very helpful every step of the way.

It was great service from the sales manager, Kareem Noorani, and he made everything so easy. Throughout the process, it was very much hassle-free. This was the best customer service they provided.

Better sales experience

The sales agent was very cooperative. He was very nice and very patient. He showed us everything, and every time we went to him and asked questions, he was ready to answer. He showed us a lot of floor plans at the beginning. He even showed us houses that were in the middle of the building process. This increased their credibility and showed honesty about the materials they use. He didn’t just show us a finished house and say, “This is what you can see.” He showed us houses that were still being built, which was something very good on their part.

I love the professionalism and promptness of my concerns and needs.

I wasn't told up front Construction would block my internet. I work from home and security cameras rely on internet. Twice Construction has cut my internet wires, which internet provider has filed a claim for.

The sales person Mark was the primary reason we would not recommend this builder. The secondary reason is the fact that it took three inspections to get the home in livable condition before we moved in. So I would say the build quality would be the secondary reason.

The process was seamless. Also, everyone had the same goal and that was to get to the closing date and correct any issues noted in the walk through.

It appears my floors may be starting to buckle. Give buyers an option of carpet or not. I have to pay to get some of the carpet removed.

It was good working with Starlight Homes.

The case management or people who are involved in the closing have no clue what they are doing. It is a nightmare doing the closing, especially for someone who is buying their first home and out of state. My realtor had to go back and highlight numbers because they didn't know what they were looking for with my bank statements. They waited so long to get back to me on the closing. Also, they wanted responses right away from me, and it was hard for me to get information to them on that timeline when I am at work. It was a nightmare for me. They don't respond back in a timely manner. They don't communicate with the customer. I almost backed out of the purchased this home. The only person who I dealt with who did a great job, was Dustin. He worked with us on timetables, and worked with the time that was good for me. I just have a bad taste in my mouth with Starlight Homes.

I would definitely recommend Starlight Homes to anyone. Mr. Chris, the inspector, takes care of the homes, goes to different clients, checks in to see what is going on, and answers any of my calls. He is very dependable. Ms. Tamesia as well. They worked with me, got me through with no problems, helped me close quicker, and were very dependable.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because the follow-up was good so far. I haven't moved in everything yet, but it is good so far. The builder, Zach, is good, always follows up with me, and always calls to check and see if I need anything, even after I paid for the house.

Screens for windows and sliding glass door should be included. Same with towel racks and toilet paper holders. Pest control service should be administered while construction is underway.

Everyone is very professional and that transfers unto the product.

Several design items would prevent me from recommending: 1. carpet in the living room where dirt and mud will be tracked in from the back door.2. carpet in the hallway leading from the garage same story .3. single switch in bedroom (no ceiling fan wiring) 4. no built in blind on rear door
