Mike was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and always got an answer to me in a timely manner. He had lots of recommendations on things to do or not to do to keep our house in the best shape that I really appreciated. We love the neighborhood overall.

Except the construction manager, there was a major lack of expertise or knowledge in the entire process. The preferred lender was also a major issue running our credit without a loan being submitted or authorized.

They were consistently helpful, patient, and responsive, always taking the time to answer our many questions and walk us through the construction progress. They welcomed our visits, addressed updates and concerns thoughtfully, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. We are truly grateful for their support and professionalism.

We are in love with our new home, everything we chose to put into our home has exceeded our expectations!

My overall experience has been very sad, disappointing, and regretful. I felt backed into a corner and almost forced to continue with this builder. If I could redo it I would not have continued the process with this builder.

The HOA fees are not very affordable, and the contractors are difficult to reach and consistently deliver poor-quality work.
