The crew was supportive during a very difficult time for me and were respectful of my "Stuff". They helped me load out things I wanted to take with me during temporary relocation. Staff has been very helpful and took interest in my case to answer questions and help clarify things I needed to know.

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
