Wonderful staff! There were a few mix-ups about the items to be cleaned but it was fixed quickly. They made a very stressful situation very easy for us. That meant a lot and I'll always remember that.

The workers who actually do the work are competent, professional, and courteous. The company suffers from lack of coordination and unresponsiveness to phone calls. It took much too long to get the work done. They had to be contacted by us many times rather than them contacting us.
