After our kitchen island flooded underneath from a dishwasher failure, SERVPRO was suggested by our insurance company to dry the water and try to save the cabinets. The mitigation team (Dominic & Jason) were always courteous, professional, on time every day at our home checking the equipment and answering my questions. Excellent and helpful service. SERVPRO worked directly with our insurance company on the cleanup & drying which saved us a lot of hassle.The cabinets could not be saved so Dominic had a demolition team come in and remove the old island. Without being asked, they offered to provide us a temporary utility sink that we could use until our reconstruction work was completed. Very nice of them and saved us a little money not having to buy one.We also used the SERVPRO general contractor Devin and his project supervisor Derrick to handle the reconstruction. Again, everyone, including their sub contractors were responsive, professional, and completed the job fairly quick considering it involved new cabinets, granite countertops, plumbing & electrical work.The final cost was about 25% more than the original estimate for the reconstruction but Devin worked with our insurance company to get them what they needed to approve claim payment for a fair amount of the actual cost. After completion of work, we had some confusion about the final insurance payment and their account services manager Teresa was really helpful and responsive.Overall, for something that is pretty stressful to deal with, SERVPRO in Lake Havasu exceeded our expectations and we can wholeheartedly recommend them for water damage cleanup and reconstruction.

Our experience with Servpro has been inconsistent and lacked the professional standard expected. The staff Jason, Devin and Stacey had very poor communication and a lack of follow-through that created significant coordination difficulties and confusion throughout a process that should not have required nine months to finish. The company claimed work could not proceed without payment from the insurance provider, essentially forcing us to pay a deposit under the guise that the balance would be reconciled later. Despite providing written estimates, they ultimately disregarded those figures, retaining our deposits even after being paid by the insurance company while still attempting to collect additional money.

Servpro was excellent at restoring my home after the water damage. They were efficient, professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this company.

They were excellent in giving me alternatives. Some of the things that were custom when the home was built weren't available anymore, such as the baseboards, which would now be $200K to change out, so they gave me some good alternatives.

I am not likely to recommend Servpro to a friend because they were overwhelmed, understaffed and basically no communication, and no quality control.

Mitigation team was perfect. Recon team was friendly but i had to take many days off work due to servpro cancelling appointments last minute or just not showing up at times. If you are in Kingman it's really hard to coordinate with the reconstruction dept.

They have excellent service. They're prompt, have excellent communication, are neat and tidy, and clean up after themselves. You know what's going on every step of the way.
