Great experience with everyone I was in contact with from the company. Quote was very thorough and everything was clearly explained. The roofing job was started as promised and the crew did an excellent job and was in and out in one day. Site cleanup was great. Very happy with the quality of the work.

From the first meeting with the inspection and the non pushy sales made it easy to make a decision.

I might recommend them but with caveats regarding the things I experienced.

1. They failed to meet the agreed-upon date twice.
2. The flower bed was damaged during the roofing work.
3. It took three weeks to complete the roofing work. They kept saying they would come back to finish the job, but delayed it for two weeks.

Professional staff and crew. Explained scope of work and answered all questions.
Started and completed job much earlier than expected and worked diligently thru heatwave and air quality alert.
Clean up was awesome.

There were too many issues to confidently recommend to family and friends. Quotes were off, timing was bad, too many promises that weren't met.

During install of roof, some facia was ripped off and when I contacted the office, they sent someone out to see but said the job was too small for them to send a team out to this side of the state to fix, so we had to hire another company to come fix the issue and pay another $1000. Won’t be recommending to anyone on this side of the state for that reason.

It was the worst experience ever.

I had roofers in the dark and in the rain without any support from the project manager.

There were a few things that you said you would do and didn’t. Hard to communicate with the crew. Didn’t originally fill in the top hole from ridge vent on garage. My husband told the guys through his phone 3 times. Had to come back out to fix it. Also messed up our gutter guards. Replaced the ones on the garage though after we complained

I was very dissatisfied with the roofers they used and the quality of workmanship. I specifically asked the salesman about there roofing teams and was guaranteed they've been with the company for many years. Schoenherr Roofing subcontracted my roof replacement with a subpar roofing crew.

Pricing was competitive and the work was done in a timely and professional manner

The shingle installation went very well and was completed in one day. The area was cleaned up very well after the work was completed even though there was snow on the ground. As promised they came back after the snow melted to make sure the area was cleaned up and no nails were on the ground.
They were responsive on a timely basis and did what they said they would do. Very pleased.

I would give a three star or mid quality for roofing but a poor quality if roofing and gutter replacement are included with the work. Gutter work is not their specialty.They don't have enough workers for this secondary job and therefore takes away satisfaction from the customer.

I am overall pleased with the results of Schoenherr's work, but there were some communication issues, some of which were due to abrupt staffing changes, but others were caused by misalignments between the sales/management staff and the folks who actually did the work.

Absolutely not. Communication and coordination was a pain. Dylan's communication was lacking, and often incorrect. Felt as though we could never get ahold of the right person to get any answers. I will actively tell friends NOT to use Schoenherr.

The sales person came to my home went over types of roofing materials and described in detail how they would be applied. Also did a attic and roof inspection first before going over the roofing materials.

From the sales team to the project management to tear off and install and finally clean up. All went as promised and delivered a final product that was professional and very high quality. The value proposition was exactly what any homeowner should expect.

Salesperson noted and complimented us on our landscaping and assured us that the flower beds would be well-protected. That did not happen. Plants were not adequately covered or protected. Many were smashed and covered with debris. This also happened to our white picket fence.

Love the mission and values of not only the sales team but the company as a whole. The company was efficient and very clear with communication though the entire process.

It’s a nice looking roof but you need to improve your follow up.

Hire workers that can speak English ….. I don’t know …but I assume that they are possibly in the country illegally…… I had questions and concerns about the job .. I asked but not 1 person on the job site could speak English….. hire legal Americans…. They’re competent and hard working too
