They are nothing but rip-off artists. Told us we needed a new furnace for $15,000.00 when all we needed was one part. Another service company installed the part for $1400.00, including labor. NEVER USE AJPERRI!!

Lisa, A project like this can range in cost. A Good starting point for front porches can be around $115/square foot.

We're redoing my parents roof and their chimney needs some repair work as well. Is it better to do the masonry work before or after we do the rest of the roof?
