Installation - We had two sets of installers. Two men were here on Day 1 and two more on Day 3 and Day 4. Though Arabic was their preferred language, we were able, I think, to converse to an appreciable degree. They were all very nice guys and they did nice work.

Installation - Mohammad Mohammadi was was amazing! Excellent work ethic, knowledgeable and polite. I applaud Rose for working with such great contractors.

Your local subcontractor did good quality work that I am pleased with, and they did it in 2 days when the estimate was 3-5. However at the reinspection by the City of Walnut Creek I had to explain why your subcontractor had removed the paperwork from the job site. According to the inspector, this meant that I was being informed of the conditions for approval for the first time which required 3 CO/smoke detectors. Plus there was my wasted time to stay home all day for inspection when a reinspection will be necessary. I hired my handyman to install the three devices but that work has not been completed yet. I hope that will occur Thursday of this week. I expect a reinspection fee of a minimum of $200. All this severe inconvenience could have been avoided if your subcontractor had left me the paperwork in the first place, which according to the City Inspector, is your duty as contractor.

The Tub is big enough for my husband and the wrap around our counter and flooring looks like an art piece. I really appreciated the effort Sheri put in to this project. It was tricky. After her drawing, I was so looking forward to see the project completed. And Rose remodeling did not disappoint. We are very happy with the job well done.

Installation - We had a lot of work to do. It was t a simple install. Vidal kept us informed about progress. He was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. He really worked hard to get the toilet installed on day 4. We had a functional toilet and shower through the weekend and as we waited for the pedestal sink to come in.

From beginning to end, this project was handled in a professional manner. I kept informed when they found that our electric switch was on the wrong side of the wall. The installer moved the switch and added a second switch for us at no charge. The final product was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
If you need or want to upgrade your bathroom, I highly recommend this company.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The recommended changes to move the shower head higher were spot on! I no longer have to bend over to wash my hair. The combination shower head was a big plus, you could use part of the shower head as a hand held while still using the shower head on the wall.

Their wokriand hit was shotty they didnt' seem to know what they awer doing it ook 3 times longer than it should have.
