The products are the highest quality. I’m absolutely in love with my garden window and my new front door and windows in my home. They look absolutely beautiful. I have neighbor stopping me asking me where I got them from fantastic and the work is impeccable. The crews that have comes to the house are super respectful and they know exactly what they’re doing.

More like 3.5 stars. Workmanship and quality of install is great. I'm not positive the increase in cost is relative to the increase in quality.

The cleanup and situational awareness around person objects needs work. I would have been more than happy to move things out of the way if asked. Some small items, nothing major were damaged and tossed into bushes to hide.

Chris, who I met initially to discuss the door replacement was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to the installation, the 2 installers were very proficient, very neat and they left the work area completely clean. The door replacement went smoothly. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the interior wall above the door was not spackled properly and was left for me to render the wall surface smooth and cosmetically acceptable enough to paint. I do not mind having to paint the wall, but I think that a much better job could have been done to make the wall acceptably smooth enough to paint. The quality of the door is wonderful and I have received many compliments on it.
