I would recommend Ridge Top Exterios, to a friend, they did an excellent job working with a tight timeliness and available materials and did a great job.

On time and on budget.

You really need to have enough Forman on site as the job is underway not coming. I think you are streatching you self to thin and with the crew I had could not really communicate what I needed to the crew.

John was very easy to work with and he covered all my concerns and then some. Would recommend John for any and all outdoor home needs.
Tyler saw to it that his crew got things done. Had some hiccups but I would have been surprised if there wasn’t at least one!

I liked everything about the experience. Our sales manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Each project manager from the roofing to the fascia and soffit to the siding itself kept us updated. I felt that everyone was on top of what was going on. It was a good feeling to know that any issues would be addressed. I didn't need to worry about anything at all. I felt confident that the job(s) would be done to a high standard.

The communication was poor. I was not told when someone would come initially. I had to call the office. The manager told me someone would arrive by 12:00 p.m on a Saturday after I had called the office. Then, the person came around 1:30 pm. I thought communication could have been better.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Great communication, thorough in ensuring the right size of customer window replacement was ordered, time frame that was originally discussed was met. Everyone was very friendly along the way.

Men worked hard and did nice job. They cleaned up better than I thought they would.

Fast scheduling and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We had several quotes for a roof. Ridge Top stood out to us as being very knowledgeable about roofing and the best methods to address the issues we had. Both of our sons has recommended Ridge Top to us too.

Better planning with regard to having supplies on site when need and removiing the dumpsters in a timely manner. Do the job right the first time a garage vent took three times to get it right. Do what you say you are going to do. Still waiting on a window.

I would recommend Ridge Top to anyone needing a roof done; I don't know about the other services they do.

I signed a contract to have my roof replaced at the end of October. It was scheduled to be replaced November 22nd but the job was canceled because the job from the day before had not been completed in time. That was the last nice day of the year so I had to wait until late March for my roof - that had leaks in three parts of my home - to finally be replaced.

Communication was lacking. I was not told that the temperature had to be above 50 degrees in order for part of my roof to be replaced. And when I responded to text messages from the company, there was no reply. The only reason why this changed is because I called to bring up my concerns about this so then I was on the company’s radar.

I was told that my roofing job was canceled on 11/22 because the company overbooked jobs and didn’t have enough crew. I understand that things like this happen - but then be TRANSPARENT about it.

Communication before and during the project was excellent. The workmanship by the crew was very well done.

The whole roof replacement process went smoothly. Daniel and Cory were great to work with. They were attentive and finished the job exactly when they said it would be done.

The crew was very professional and dedicated to the job at hand. From the scaffolding to the cleaning up the debris, all was handled well.

All the people we dealt with, from beginning to end, were friendly, knowledgeable and had great response time to questions. The work site was clean and well-kept. Excellent work!

Window installer was rude and disrespectful

PRETTY MUCH EVERYBODY THAT WE WORKED WITH WAS VERY NICE ,DID A GREAT JOB ON THE REPAIRS AND THINGS LOOK GREAT.

Overall they seemed to provide what they said they would, and my roof doesn't leak anymore, so I guess they did a good job. :)

Ridge Top definitely knows how to do their jobs. They are efficient and very willing to listen to the client. Always willing to answer questions as they arise. I am glad we chose them and would do so again.

The Sales rep was great, project manager was great, but the quality of workmanship could be better. It’s seemed like they work fast, instead of working to make sure everything is working properly.

The first day on the job (6/23/2025) they did our roof. The field manager had my husband sign off on a "walkthrough" document and collected "balance due" without ever doing an actual walkthrough with him and before the project was even complete. He ended up leaving before the crew finished for the day and we never heard a word from him again.
The following day they came to do the gutters. We did not hear a word from the field manager that day and they ended up missing half of the project altogether. There were supposed to be gutter guards and a splash guard, however they were not installed and some of the workmanship was really poor.
Upon contacting my Sales Rep., he was very professional and apologetic. He reached out to have them complete the project, directly asked our field manager to reach back out to us to actually do a walkthrough and send us photos and videos of the project. However, we still have not heard a word from our field manager nor received our photos or videos.
I also asked that they DO NOT deposit our check until the work was actually complete, but they did anyway.
The project was completed on 7/28/2025 and I was not contacted even once that day - we had no idea when (or even if) they were going to arrive that day. When I got home that day, surprise! It was done. To this date we’ve received zero follow-up after the fact.

Every one that was here was friendly and did a complete and through job I am very pleased with work they did!

When job was performed my front gutter and several screens were damaged. They quickly fixed the screens, but I cannot seem to get a date on when the gutter will be replaced, as promised.

I spoke to head of installers about a problem are in the past. He assured me it would be taken care of and it simply did NOT and was NOT effective in preventing moisture from getting into my home!

Ridge Top has done several projects for us- on our house as well as our barn and shed. They are always my first call whether the project is big or small. Ridge Top is always professional, timely and provide excellent workmanship.

I was surprised to find you subcontracted my job. I feel my job was not handled by ridgetop.

We had a relatively small job. I thought most contractors wouldn't take. But they did and we couldn't be more pleased.

Our neighbor complained to us about the mess that encroached on her property while the roof was being dismantled. Apparently, the crew destroyed some of her plants without realizing it that I intend to replace. I think it's a matter of walking around the property with the crew and pointing out where they need to be careful before they start the job.
