All in all a perfect remodeling experience. The installation in my house was perfect. I think the half window shower shield is a little weird but only a sprinkle or two escape the tub/shower enclosure.

The people that installed were absolutely wonderful.

The problem that we had is, we were told that our installation needed to be rescheduled. That was OK however we didn’t receive a call back to reschedule. We had to call a couple of times to get it rescheduled. Our original installation date was to be March 13. Our actual installation date date was April 30.

While the team was quick, my tub leaked on the first day. My floors were also slightly scratched upstairs (after we recently had them refinished) and my toilet was used as a work surface. I have to replace the toilet seat and lid because it’s so scratched from demo.

The install team was friendly and professional. They worked quickly, and with care for our property. All clean up was neatly done. And Nelson was exactly what a customer wants in a project supervisor.

The financing documents are not at all good when you choose the 12 months no interest no payments plan.

while filling tub, I ran out of hot water. You were very responsive to my situation, but why wasn't this tested at installation instead of having to wait an additional week until I am able to use the tub.

We are very pleased with the final result. The quality of the materials used is as beautiful as we expected. We had a very positive experience with the installation and installers. However, feeling pressured to make a decision without a few days to consider and extremely poor communication after the sale was made left us feeling uneasy and questioning whether we committed too hastily.

I was not left any documentation on how to operate the tub. I call the Rite Window and requested the manual and they agreed to but did not send anything. It is a poorly run business that fails at something so easy to accomplish.

The job took 53 days from the first day the installers arrived. There was a huge number of damages to my existing bathroom which the installer neglected to tell us. Sent pictures of damages to salesman and the person that's schedules the installers. After labor day, it took two plus weeks for the person that schedules the installers to call and informed us he was sending his top guys to take down the first installing. They were remarkable. They knew what to do from the job start. They fixed most of damage to my walls, doors and floor also. They had to wait for a company to come and fill in the damage to the floor of the shower. After a couple of weeks they came and fixed the 3 holes on the floor of the shower. Once that was cured, the 2 installers from the second installment, came back.and finished up and made sure everything was done correctly. We went numerous days without a shower in the 53 days it took to complete the job. I ask for a discount considering all the delays. I was given 1000.00. After all the inconveniences and BS, the boss wanted to give us a dinner to Olive Garden. It was like a slap in the face. We went with Kohler because of the name. We went days regretting our choice.

Any interaction between myself and the corporate office over promised and under delivered. For instance, the salesperson said the project typically takes 1 day, 2 at the absolute max. Ours took 4. After finding out on the third day that the doors wouldn’t fit, they said someone would reach out with next steps. Two days later and no calls, I called myself. Getting updates on the doors proved challenging. Multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered and unreturned.

The personnel were efficient and worked without breaking for lunch. Job was
