I would highly recommend Renuity install group I had to friends or family. My install team were attentive to their work, kept my home clean during install, professional, friendly, and kept me informed of minor changes, adjustments during the process.

I like the finished product! Getting there was more difficult than I imagined. The first crew came out and tore out the fiberglass one piece tub & shower and found out that that they could not continue until I fixed three items. The water lines, the drain vents & the 7” stove hood vents all needed to be moved to make room for the shower pan to fit. I assumed that Renuity would do everything but that was not the case. Thankfully, I had experience in doing all the work needed so the second crew could finish the project. All and all, I like the finished look which is what I wanted.

I would recommend but the price I'm sure would put people off. I didn't get any other quotes but most folks would.

These folks deliver what they promised and it looked amazing. They even vacuumed the floors on every space they walked on! Who does that? Renuity does.

Was a dream come true for my wife.

The workmanship was not very good. Had to have them come back a few times to fix their damages. They did not put back the kind of faucet control for water release as what we had. Now it is full on or off only; no user control. They said they would have to tear it all out to make it right; so we have to live with their error! They put in a different shower head than what we ordered. Small round head instead of the big square head!

The installers were great.

Very polite, the guys were great .they got it done in record time.

Everything was organized, the whole encounter went smoothly. The removal of the old tub shower was fast, the crew placed floor coverings to protect the floor from their in and out. I really appreciated the crew, both men were friendly, very polite, answered questions, asked our decision on placement of handles. They were a joy to work with.

They were in touch, throughout and shared all that happened. The electricity problem held up their finishing on time but electric staff showed up as quickly as possible and were very kind to me. Everyone shared problems, that held them up but it was not their fault. My house was not properly put together at the get go in 1995. They handled the finish as quickly as possible and assured me of all that went well.
