These folks are simply amazing !! They're thorough , precise, and very very courteous . They make you feel like family yet very professional and insightful. God bless them .

There is not enough space to tell it all. After 2 months I am still realizing more things gone power cords and remotes to electronics missing makes them worthless, 2 closets of clothes never came back, things wrapped in plastic wet and rusted and broken, laundered items in plastic garbage bags damp and had to be rewashed, I signed their paper because they said we can't get paid until you do big mistake now I am being ignored. refrigerator smashed in wine fridge door bent ,mirrors and large floor vases broken Their services damaged more than the fire. I am contemplating legal action because it is just to overwhelming to continue trying to get my belongings back you would think they would be able to keep track of my belongings what a joke. I believe they should rename themselves Perilous Crimes. I gave one employee a table extension back telling him "this is not mine" he replied" why not make a shelf out of it" so more than likely my missing things ( a lot of things) are probably being delivered to some other poor soul. Would I recommend them? not just NO but **** NO!

It was a total shock what happened at my home and it was at 4 in the morning but Perilous Times answered and talked me through the situation. They were really patient, thorough, and helpful explaining everything that happened and how it would be resolved. The entire staff was very professional and have bent over backwards for me. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Perilous Times Restoration was very good, explain everything, and worked with me. It took extra time, because my water broke, but they they took extra effort for the job. They removed all of the damaged flooring and made sure everything was working great. They were wonderful and I would definitely recommed them.

They broke my bed frame and still haven't responded to me about it.
