The tech was knowledgable of plumbing. He explained prior to unclogging our drains what he thought may have caused the problem. While unclogging our drain he explained that what caused the problem and tackled it like a professional. I will definitely recommend A. J. Perri to friends.

I would recommend hiring a structural engineer to review and recmmend repairs not something you should let go.
