Was not installed properly the first time, none of the workers spoke English, making it difficult to relay what I was not happy with. Supervisor did not care that they did a half assed job....

Job still isn’t completed. Been at it since March I think. Door handle installed upside down? Still waiting for them to correct it. First installers had no idea what he was doing, I finally just stopped him an told him to call his office. Then door was not aligned with the header piece, so to correct we just did away with that decorative piece of door. Then after finally getting the door hung I see the hardware for opening door is incorrect, meaning you have to raise the handle to open and close. Been about 2 weeks since I ol hem about that and still not fixed? They are checking with manufacturers? I think a 3 rating is a very good rating and I a being generous.

I have sent a message I have sent pictures. The job was not completed. There are areas that need to be addressed and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me.

Everything was a disappointment and not as promised after I signed the contract.

No issues with the product, but your scheduling department was terrible. Your installation team was even worse. Took over 4 months to get the job completed satisfactorily.

Things went bad from day one with the tear down/build. We were told it would be a two day process yet at the end of the second day only the teardown was complete. Even now 3 1/2 months later, our project is still not finished. The Quality and workmanship has left us disappointed.

Supports are off by an inch..crooked. They used the wrong screen on part of the enclosure. We have called and called. No one returns our phone calls.

The communication is non existent. I had to email everyday to get any sort of response and would only get one if I was very stern in the email. When it was finally time to do the install I was told they would be here later in the week they showed up at noon on a Tues. No heads up. No notice nothing. The install person did a crappy job didn't caulk stuff or finish the job. It took 3 weeks for them to respond and fix the leaks. The wrong doors were ordered and was told it would be a month to get the new ones. At the month mark I again had to email everyday for a week to see about the doors. Well guess what they were never ordered so 3 to 4 more weeks. A project that was supposed to be 4 to 7 months took 10.

The job was not done correctly the first time. This resulted in 6 weeks of waiting for an additional appointment to fix the problems.

We were very transparent throughout the process. The contractors failed to show two days in a row - only to show the next scheduled day and leave - leaving also there truck in driveway. Only after escalating and refusing payment did we get any real appearance. The showed, installed , and provided a product that had to be completely torn down and replaced. They left trash , cigarette butts , and razor blades in our backyard.

Communication was horrible. Didn’t keep me informed on when my patio closure would be done. Didn’t keep me informed on when the installers were showing up. They just showed up. Spoke no English didn’t complete the job correctly. The screen door literally fell off two days after they installed it.
