They destroyed my patio and refused to repair it. The stairs don't line up with my walk. They are not level. The wood on the side of the stairs is split. The roof leaked when it rained and it took three visits to repair the area where the rain came in and my wife had to show the contractor where the rain was coming in It took 5 month to complete the job (minus the delay due to the blizzard).

Extremely poor quality work.

Took way too long to complete, should have been done before Xmas. I had to keep reaching out, no follow through. Workers came out, worked 10am to noon and would leave,never worked full day. Should have been done in 2 weeks not 4 months

From the initial planning of the project to its eventual completion, Patio Enclosures provided regular communication and welcomed whatever questions I might have had in such a way that made evident the company's very personal concern that I be comfortable with my decision to add a screen room to my home.

Patio Enclosures did an amazing job from start to finish. The material used on the porch was of high quality and custom made to fit our space. And the workmanship during the installation was excellent. We interacted with several people at Patio Enclosures during this project and they are all very professional and easy to work with.

I was sold a room that was not deliverable, with enclosed flooring. A less desirable room was ultimately built. I would not have ordered this room if they had been honest about what was available at the time of the sale/contracting. When the switch occurred right before construction started I did not have the choice to cancel and get my money back. Communication around scheduling was terrible. The construction team left holes in my patio, did not clean up the yard, and left me with several openings under the floor (which should have been sealed), and a leaking roof. I believe the roof will be repaired but that remains to be seen.

Nightmare from beginning to end . Project scheduled to start in April started in October. Poor project management , over cost, promises made and not kept, poor workmanship and so much more . Project not finished , missing a part , gutters a mess , insulation not done, floor not put in and yet I am asked to fill out a survey because the project is done ?
