Extremely professional staff and quality products. There was a snag with the tailoring, and the staff took care of it right away on short notice mere days before the wedding. Being able to return rentals and other store locations was also very convenient.

The guy who helped me was one of them smooth bruthas who turned me from a regular guy into a true playa with just a suit and some advice about wearing them. I told him "gimme a bigger size...I feel like im gonna rip this jacket when I reach down like this". He says...whatchu doin that for. Just stand up and look good. So I did! Event was great. I showed up and showed out!

Gabe and his staff were fantastic. He clearly leads by example and his high level of customer service, professionalism, and kindness are as good as it gets. The suit I rented was high quality, looked great, and fit very well. Overall a tremendous experience. Friar Tux will be my one and only choice going forward.

After having done the fitting procedure, my two sons and I returned to pickup our tuxedos on the assigned day. I had a coat that was too tight, one of my sons had pants that were at least 3 inches to short and my other son had a shirt that had two different length sleeves. We were told that we would be able pick up our correct tuxedos in a couple days. We were also told that if they were not available when we arrived, we could drive to the nearest Friar Tux store to get what we needed.
This service was not what we expected. For the prices you charge for a tuxedo RENTAL this service is unacceptable.

How the Suit was designed and how the establishment was well mannered but also the amazing employees and how kind they were able to help out what Suit I needed including the size and that they offer such great services to there customers I recommend this place 100/10 awesome place to get suits.

Check what you send out before sending. You sent a 2xl shirt and a jacket that was a 42 that wouldn’t fit. On the second try we got clothes that fit. Thank you

Great customer service especially from the assistant manager

It was nice to have the tux for a week before my event. I work four days a week and it is tough to get to a business that late in the evening to pick up a tuxedo before your event.

Service was great. Throughout the visit the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. It’s why Friar Tux is my preferred choice for buying/renting men’s suits.

It’s pretty expensive to rent a tuxedo. I’m thinking of buying one for next years prom. Two rentals would equal the cost of a decent tux and he already has a suit, so the tux was something special he wanted to rent. I wish you had more of a selection of ties and pockets squares.

I was able to get exactly what I wanted and quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful. The price was do reasonable and I was able to have 10 full days to return the tux, which was helpful because I needed it for a wedding overseas. The tailoring was done in 2 days and fit like a glove.

The service I received felt more like a production line than actual service. They wanted to get us in and out - No real care to measuring, fit, or options offered. Especially the gentleman there who, I thought might relate better to a young boy going to an important school event. He looked bothered the whole time and I ended up asking a differentemployeefor guidance even though she was multi-tasking. Additionally, it was more costly than other places I've been to and less time was allowed for the return. I would not be back unless I absolutely had to.

Items were promised to be at the store and when we came in for fittings they weren’t there. We had to go to the central location for pick up the next day.

The cut of the suit made sizing incredibly difficult, and even the one that fit the “best” really wasn’t a great fit. I don’t have an extreme body shape in any way, but the pant options were all unsatisfactory in some way or another and I ended up with a pair that was way too large for my waist and yet still incredibly tight through the thighs and seat. In the end, the service is incredibly convenient and easy to use as a customer but unsatisfactory in terms of sizing and cut for the majority of the wedding party I was in.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Friar Tux to anyone and I don't understand why it's located anywhere near the luxury shops of South Coast Plaza. I was part of a wedding that rented through here and I received the suit way too late, plus the sizing I received was so off from what was originally fitted. Being part of the wedding party, I had zero time to get it fixed and had to wear a different suit to the wedding. On top of that, I offered to buy the suit jacket to get it tailored to my body and was rejected. Disappointment all around.

We had a very disappointing experience, especially considering this was for my wedding. Our measurements were somehow mixed up with another customer’s, and we were given suits in completely different sizes. During my father’s fitting, the pants were clearly too loose, and instead of properly remeasuring him or adjusting to a smaller size, we were simply told, “don’t worry, we’ll give you suspenders.” To make matters worse, we were later charged extra for the suspenders without any notice or approval beforehand. For such an important occasion, we expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism. Also becarful they add additional items to your rental that you don't ask for and charge you for it

The pants were a bit too big at size 38…I am at most a size 36…other than that the jacket and bow tie fit very well

We ordered the tie and pocket square and it wasnt there when we went for it. Were told we didn't have to be told why it wasnt with the other items. She was rude and said we just had to pick it up after 4 the next day. Said we hadn't ordered it- even though we had the receipt that we did order it.
