The people who did the work were very, very nice. They could not have been nicer or more cooperative. It was a very difficult job and I give them a lot of credit for doing what they had to down there in our basement.

Tremendously overpriced and say you need a new sewer pipe in lawn when there is nothing wrong with the pipe!! Did not try very hard to unclog sewer line. I had another company who unclogged it and then was able to camera the pipe. A.J. Perri said they could not get a camera down there.

Any honest contractor will provide you with copies of their State Licenses and Insurance so you can verify them. If they don't ask - if they hesitate - RUN!

I would like to paint the inside of my front door. It is already stained with a semi glossy dark stain. Can I effectively use latex paint with primer in it?

Most stained doors were done with oil based coatings. That means you need an oil based primer first then you can use latex paint. Latex primer will not adhere to oil based coatings. Dennis D. Gehman P ... read more
