The back wall was cut incorrectly and they had to come back and replace it. They left the bathroom covered in construction dust. They chipped the sink vanity, the sales person said they could offer compensation but did not state how much nor have I heard or seen anything else about it. A picture was sent.

The whole experience was top notch.. We love our new windows!

Poor installation the 1st time installing the windows. 2nd visit one of the sills is out of plumb 1/8 inch and they said there is no fix.

Overall, it was a seamless operation. From the first encounter at Costco, to the home appointment to the installation, and followup.

Anderson and Nick did top-notch installation. They were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Mike did a great home presentation—he was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and he didn’t make us feel pressured to buy.

I don’t like the finish on the tile so probably would not recommend.

Poor communication from the start. Pressured sale. Have asked several times for copy of warranty and still don’t have it. Still haven’t had resolve on installation issues.

Also, the workers who did the installation were competent and polite. The job was done and a day and I really like the look of the new shower.

Finish work is terrible. Left a mess in my basement too. Made the whole experience feel over priced.

The process was very straightforward and the costs were laid out clearly. The installers were great and made sure to get our feedback on all the details before finalizing anything. They went above and beyond by adding shut-off valves for the shower so we didn't have to go all morning with no water in the house.

The account and install teams do really good work, but too many times that we've worked with Rite Window, there's been mismanagement...from having incorrect pricing offered to the wrong products ordered. I do believe that the product is very good and the service team is committed to getting the work right, it just feels like attention to detail isn't always there.

We wanted frosted doors, not partially frosted! We got a call from Steven who is going to give us another corner shelf and two other accessories and we would like a handle on the inside of the shower door so it will close easier.
